Given no delivery tracking details and when you call their company you are charged a premium rate call (and 0844 number) to get details that should have been supplied to you in the first place. Slightly buried on their website is a more respectably priced 0300 number, however their website is just terrible and I ha e no ideal how (or if) my order will actually appear. Never again will I use this company.

Appalling that after four weeks we have still no delivery date, no apology, nothing. Order placed, money taken yet still no delivery date. They blame the haulage company, alas the order is with them. Jagger Green Properties ordered garden pots for a client, alas we can’t even advise the client of when they will be delivered. No one cares, they don’t answer the phone, takes three days to answer an email, alas nothing. Shambles, don’t use!!!

Where do you buy this rubbish? Purchased an Extendable Bathroom Scrubber to clean the glass sides of a shower cubicle. The article in question is not fit for purpose. The Scrubber head is too loose, and turns over when you try to clean the shower walls with the result that the plastic backing is dragged down the glass sides. It also has a tendency to fall apart in your hands. Have since dumped this in the recycle bin. Not happy.,

Spent over £100 on Christmas and birthday presents. Paid nearly £6.00 for delivery and items were packaged in a thin plastic bag which looked like it needed to be repaired by the courier. Surely this could have been packaged in a box. All the contents arrived dented / battered / ripped boxes making them unsuitable for presents. This is the second time this has happened to me and I told them about this a year ago. When you spend this amount of money you expect your purchases to be sent in a box not a thin bag. So Coopers I won't be buying my presents from you again.

The solar mole deterrent is absolutely rubbish mole came up underneath it cats sit looking at would return but deleted email purchase waste off £29'99

I ordered a net door curtain to keep out flies which had mainly 5 star ratings. I wonder where these reviews come from, though. Not only do flies land on the curtain, but expertly fly through it. I will be sending the second one straight back, (it has yet to be delivered). Plus, enclosing this one. Hopefully I will get my money back.

Bought 'simple' smart phone for mum and anything BUT simple! False trade description. Paid £149.99 then saw it in newspaper for £20 cheaper before it even came. Took weeks to come and was kept holding on , on an expensive phone line-cost ££s. Do not buy! The text is very small. Watsap wouldn't link up without major fiddling. The volume is very low and photos not good. Not an easy on/off switch-have to keep pressing side of phone. Apps u don't use can't be uninstall. Total waste of our cash as will have to buy another phone!

I was looking at their website and a "sign up to our newsletter for 10% discount" pop up appeared. On a £95 purhase, this was enough to "clinch" the deal. When I paid, though, the discount voucher slot was already taken. On viewing hte receipt the discount "voucher" was for £0.00. What was VERY unclear was that the "free postage over £15" is not like everywhere else (i.e. you spend over £15 you get free postage). It is a "voucher" and if you use that, you can't use any other voucher (apparently it is all there in the small print). It all seems very misleading, and does not bode well. Fingers crossed the item actually arrives (others seem to have had some OK experience)

The plastic umbrella/ rotary clothes spike has broken off the first time I used it. Not offered a refund, just an exchange. I don't want another one, it's useless. It is supposed to have a 12 month guarantee. Very disappointed with the response.

Ordered staple free stapler not worth a dam and scissors 6 weeks ago never got asked for refund still waiting for refund after 2 weeks never again bloody joke

Bough set of felt planters. Smalls are good. Large is useless it just collapses with soil. Bought set of obelisks. One had missing parts. Too flimsy bit of wind and it blew over. Useless but impossible to review product as not showing nlsubming icon

I have had a lot of stuff of you but will be the last I placed an order was damaged in transit wich I did not no till I phoned then told another order will be sent out and did not come then told by the person I spoke to wich I don't think was very pleasant to talk to that was still being processed will never be having anything again

Ordered set of 3 stuffing free dog toys which aŕe not. The heads have the white stuffing in them which took my dog less than 3 minutes to rip apart and get the stuffing out. Should not be advertised as "stuffing free". Disappointed.

I placed an order 8 days ago and had not heard a thing from both Coopers or the delivery company. I have just come off the phone to them to enquire where my order is and they said it had been sent back by Yodel! They asked if I’d like the order to be resent but I declined and opted for a refund! I doubt yodel have even tried to deliver as I’d not received any tracking etc… There has been someone at home the whole time too… Rubbish service, waste of time!

My saga. Ordered deluxe leg rest 28/06/23 priced £44.99. On arrival, parcel had 2 screws missing. Rang Coopers and was asked if I could go to DIY shop and purchase 2 screws, I said I couldn’t. Faulty Item was returned and reordered. 2nd parcel arrived with exact same fault. Contacted Coopers who again asked if I could go to DIYs to purchase 2 screws. This time, against my better judgement, I tried 2 DIYs who didn’t stock the size required. Contacted Coopers again, this time refusing the offer of a replacement. I wasn’t prepared to reorder and have the same thing happen so I asked for a refund. The 2nd parcel was picked up and returned 21/07/23. I gave Coopers plenty of time to process the refund. Weeks later, no refund. Rang Coopers again explaining the situation and again weeks later no refund. Contacted Coopers a 3rd time. 3rd time lucky, a cheque arrived today 5/10/23. This is my first experience with Coopers and will be my last.

Customer service non existent. By reading other reviews I’m surprised, well maybe not, by how many orders they cannot trace but still retain money paid. That is my experience. I’m reluctant to say that they act illegally but they’re certainly despicable. Don’t buy from them

Shocking Customer Service!! Bought a street lamp with planter, great at first looked good at night but failed. I emailed they're customer service to tell them my problem. I had a reply asking would i like a refund or replacement. i replied i would like a replacement. Waited over a week but nothing arrived in post. I then Emailed customer service 3 times in that second week with no reply. They could NOT be bothered to rectify the problem. Do yourselves a favour and shop elsewhere. There are plenty of online stores with great customer service and don't sell faulty items. I will make sure i tell a lot of people not to buy from this company 1/10
