Very bad service on delivery. Copart give delivery to third party now. And they cannot even tells you when they will deliver. If you cant provide a service stop advertising. Ask everyone to come abd collect. We pay for the service.

Absolutely terrible company bought a vehicle described as having minor dents and scratches but upon delivery like other customers have mentioned had parts missing but best of all the head gasket was blown . Upon raising a complaint all they do is run you around in circles different departments different people copy and pasteing numerous terms and conditions basically I have been ripped off , car sitting on drive going no where and no money to repair and buy another car " thank you Copart "

Came to copart McAllen Texas, for my body to see the vehicle they let me in so he purchase a vehicle, I come back the next day and they wouldn't let me in , wasted my day, I highly recommend not buying at copart , they are a real pain up yours , if you know what I mean, and a complete rip-off, a pain to deal with in every witch way , the only decent person in here is the loader operator, please do your research before you buy it at copart,

Copart was supposed to pick my car up on A Monday as a donation to Habitat for Humanity. Every day that passed I called and was promised it would be picked up the next day. Fast forward to Saturday, five days later, and the car still sits in the driveway. Copart is a joke and not to be trusted.

Just hope you have enough time to fix multiple errors on their end at your expense.

It be great if you showed up like you said you would for a vehicle pick up. No phone call, no email, no anything. Reviews were right about this company. Trash!

Takes over 10 days to get any response from customer service. They make accomplishing anything impossible but can take your money with no issues at all. 100% do NOT recommend what so ever.

Sellers get away with murder here. They send me a vehicle without the key, but the vehicle is listed as run and drive and they had a clear photo of the ignition turned to on with dash displaying on the website image. The worst part is they gut the vehicle before you receive it .I had to call a second tow truck company just to haul the vehicle off the tow truck, because the whole gear shift control is gone. Thousands of dollars, gutted. Scammers and thieves!

Customer service in San Antonio Texas copart wreaks. The ladies attending to customers are unapproachable. I've been there on several occasions and not one has been kind to me or others customers. That whole team needs to be re-evaluated.

Been a loyal member from day one. been a member from day one. not only bought over a thousand vehicles but made them millions by trying to buy vehicles every day raising prices. stood the exorbitant extra charges they keep adding and the no loyalty regimental we cant help but this week is a new low even for Copart. They tried to say I had bid thousands on an annihilated vehicle at the other end of the country they kindly took the vehicle off our account accepting that know one in their right mind would bid such an amount, and as a good will gesture only charge us £200 for the pleasure of doing so. Copart as a company are going to come to a crashing halt and soon. The British wont ware it for long

A group of thieves I do not recommend dealing with them or buying, they think most of the information and pictures on their site are not real and they use software programs for a fake auction

This may have been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. We scheduled a pickup between 12-5 the following day from my initial call. I was told they would be calling the next morning to give me a more accurate time table. They did indeed, call that morning. But not to narrow down the pick up time. The CSR insisted no time had been scheduled because I had hung up on them the day before and they couldn't pick up for another 3 days. When I explained that wasnttrue at all and what we had scheduled the day before I was told in no uncertain terms to call someone else if I needed pick up that day (which they had already agreed to and scheduled the day before). When I said "excuse me?", they promptly hung up. I called back, explained the situation and was treated so poorly and aggressively I told them I would rather call someone else as they couldn't seem to be honest about their ability to pick up as quickly as they promise and their customer service was less than stellar. He then told me he schedules 80 pick ups a day and knows what hes doing. And I'm obviously just an asshole, then hung up on again. These people were complete jerks and I would take half the money from a different company before ever using this them.

You listed a car as run and drives ( yes i know what that means in you terms) and by the pictures taken it showed very little damage however when the delivery co dropped it off it was obvious the picture's were taken at an angle no to show anything altered but the big fraudulent plan was that parts of the car you could see were replaced and painted (with a spray can) parts broken on the engine were bypassed so it would crank so to deceive the bidders and the $35k i gave for the vehicle will cost over $30k to repair on a $56k book car. A complete and deliberate act to defraud their costumes. These people a crooks. !!!!!

Car for sale there are shells of former cars mostly empty of vital hardware engines pumps connectors - compart is a salvage parts market for pre-owned parts - not a single car works and vehicles are basically bought by the replacement parts industry - your local mechanic sources for allegedly original parts though compart affiliates

Absolutely horrible customer service. Paid for a premium membership, put a deposit to bid, bid on a car, won, paid, paid for shipping. Two days later (Saturday Morning) I try to log in to check the status of the car I had won and paid for and my account was suspended. I tried to call but no one could help until Monday morning. Because of this the car cannot ship until it is resolved. The card I had opened the account with the year before had expired and a new card was sent to me etc.. All of the above items were paid for with the new card, I now had over $7k charged to my card and which they had no problem charging me for even though the now claimed the suspected fraud because a new card had been used. They informed me the Accounting department had flagged my account and placed an additional fee because of this ($200) yet I could not talk directly with them. Over the next four days I called 6 different times, sent multiple emails with pics of the card and ID and talked to a different person each time all saying slightly different stories on what was going on. I was basically told it was being done to protect me? Holding my money and the car and adding additional fees does not protect me in anyway. If they had said they did not charge the card it would have been at least somewhat reasonable. After one week of them having the $7k and not allowing the car to ship I ask for either my money back or preferably ship the car (which is paid in full). They said they could not refund my money. About an hour later I received an email that the car was being relisted for auction. I call again and find out they could not refund the card but could sent me a check for most of the money but I would need to pay for shipping of the check. Over one week later I received the check. The process cost me several hundred dollars and hours of my valuable time on the phone. I would be very cautious of this companies policies and realize they do what they want and will not allow you to talk to the people making the decisions.
