“Still have not received the perfume I ordered a month ago, everything is shipped from overseas. Rip off company Buyer beware!! Do not purchase from this company, have emailed them with no reply”

Sorry to hear you had a frustrating experience, but I really appreciate you bringing this issue to our attention. Due to the outspread of the pandemic worldwide, shipments were delayed. Shipments are back on track now. Your order will surely be delivered to you in 5-7 days.

“Great idea for a consumer cosmetics site. However, given the fact that I reside in Canada, I’m experiencing a very long and extended delivery process. I may add that there was very little follow-up or communication from ‘Cosmetics Now’ as to the delay. Only when I raised the issue did they attempt to reassure me that the reason was solely due to the COVID disruption. Hard to believe given that I’ve had timely arrivals with similar orders with other companies. Seems Cosmetics Now’s distribution system needs to be more efficiently serviced. In summary there is great hype about the site and the breadth of products it offers however the follow through and monitoring of delivery seems weak. Still counting the days and waiting for my package to arrive.”

“Meantime Cosmetics Now reacted professionally and refunded the below mentioned extra charges for Import Duty. I appreciate this good will reaction and hope for my next order a courier instead of postal service will be used ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- After 45 days (!!!) shipping time I received an invoice from the courier EMS/Thai Post that I have to pay Thai Baht 1,329 for duty and VAT. Parcel is blocked at Thai Post and they ask me to go there (far away from my house) to pay and pick up the goods. Thai Post is not delivering it to my address. This is contradictory to the agreement I had with Cosmetics Now when I ordered and paid the required amount. It had to be delivered to me.”

“Your service thru online was excellent. Maybe you could add more bottle sizes for perfumes. Because some perfume are sold out. Also maybe replenishment is best for customers who buys or collects perfumes. I also like the way my perfume well packed and delivered to my house. Thank you.”

“I had to pay another 646.- THB for my product on arrival, which is not okay for me. All costs should be include with my online payment, but it was not. I am dissapointed.”
