“Really disappointed to read these reviews because I’ve been a loyal customer of cos for years. Left London recently so have used their online store - much to my disappointment. Don’t ever pay for next day delivery at a whopping £10 because it isn’t next day and this time waiting a week for standard delivery and had to email customer service this morning. It’s a stressful experience and honestly not worth the will they/won’t they arrive in time saga. Customer service was fine this is an issue coming from the decision makers. They are clearly aware of the delivery issues yet continue as they are which is concerning enough to stop using Cos online altogether, meaning I’ll rarely purchase anymore (which is a shame). They need to get with the times and look at what their competitors are achieving.”
“This company holds onto money -- illegal. They make returns difficult and do not refund the money. If you call them, they tell you the :"bank won';t accept their refund and they will keep trying". This is a lie. Upon further conversation, they say it is a "computer glitch" and they are trying to fix it. At some point, they will send you a check. This is a crime. It's called "kiting" money. And they should be called out on it. Do not order anything from them online unless you know you will not return it.”
“Cos--do they make "hair shirts?" I've been an enthusiastic cos shopper for years and a recommender to friends--but a recent episode with a tshirt makes me wonder about their customer service and their cotton sources--I bought a soccer stripped tshirt at the end of last summer, threw it in the wash and put it away--when I took it out the white stripes looked gray--on closer exam, it was covered with tiny hairs--I thought it was the dog--i used my clothing roller and it kept pulling up more hairs, I tunred it inside out--hairs there too--another washing, another brushing, and more hairs emerged--I called Cos and asked them to examine it--was it something I did, I live in an apartment building with group washing machines afterall--or was it in the fabric. If they would send a label, I'd return the shirt--I was passed along to numerous supervisors and finally one agreed, though it wasn't company policy to send a label--it's been over a month and all I've received is a notice, they are closing my case, I wrote them back, and its been a digital silence--meanwhile, I've brush-rolled several of my other cos t's and found those same small black hairs--they aren't on my non-cos shirts. With their new emphasis on sustainability and conscientious sourcing you would think quality control would be interested--customer service certainly wasn't.”
“I had an account from 2017, Im trying to acces it since end 2020, we are now @ 2-07 and still cant acces mij account. Send multiple mails about it and they say we gonna fix it but they dont do anything to solve the problem. ALL LOST TO THIS &@^@%@&!!!

“Horrible customer service! I ordered a shirt online and I was supposed to get a 10 % off, which I did not receive. So I contacted the CS to fix this and received no response. Then I wait to get a response before paying and 2 weeks later I get a new bill with higher fees because may payment was late. Then I call them and the person was absolutely no help and contact them via facebook and email and I receive no help. So now the fee has gone up 100 % and I apparently need to pay it in full and they will not give any help.”
“Ordered the same product for 2 times as they brought me the wrong colour every time no matter what it says on the sheet. Refund takes agest get it back, no exchange policy and still got to wait for the refund as well.

“I’ve never had such a bad experience with online shopping... I placed one order Jan24, my payment was accepted and Jan25 I received e-mail saying the article - coat I ordered is not available and the refund of my money was issued. The money will refund in 2-3 days - I haven’t received the money until today - Jan29. I placed another order Jan27 as the same article was available to order online for a few hours, my money was taken again, I called customer service twice Jan27 and Jan28 and was assured that the 2nd order placed was successful, the article was available and was allocated to my order 913142750 ... I even received an e-mail with this confirmation from customer service on Jan26. And today Jan29 I receive a notification that, again, it was a technical issue and the item is not available ! What’s wrong with you guys ?! I expect an urgent contact from your end and somebody to clarify where my order was allocated to and where my money for the two orders placed is .... Needless to say I will never buy anything at cosstores again :(”
“I don´t want to write this review. I love clothes by COS. I would dare say almost half of my wardrobe is by them.
BUT...
I placed many orders in the last few weeks. About six orders. And out of these 6, 3 have been faulty. Wrong size dress, items missing from my package, and today totally wrong item that I didn´t order.
First mistake I considered a human error, happens. The second one frustrated me and I wrote a complaint, but still returned the item and basically thought "these times can be challenging, mistakes happen, let it go". But today, after I had taken a 1.5-hour bike ride from my country house to get the package, opened it and saw what was in it, I wanted to cry.
I wrote to customer service saying that I wasn´t going to order from them ever again and that I expect a compensation. Their answer was to ask if I wanted a 20% discount and after I answered that this is insulting to suggest that spending more money at their store would diminish my inconceniences, they sent a coupon anyway.
The golden phrase from the customer service: "This definitely is not meeting the extremely high standard we aim to provide". High standards are just formalities, just words on paper if you don´t live up to them.
COS, do you think that your clients are unintelligent and gullible people or you just don´t care?”
“The customer service is terrible. It is not possible to return the ordered item, although they claim on the website the return is free. I could do it only through a specific courier delivery, but the codes COS stores gave, me don't work. I tried to contact Customer Service several times, but they do not answer any emails. I wanted to return the dress, because it appeared to be too big. The brand has a bit oversize items. (COS in JAPAN)”
“Returns awful I asked about returns policy before I bought in Liverpool was told you had 28 days for a full refund thing displayed in store as I looked. I sent my son to return them with my card he is over 18 he wasn’t allowed to it has to be you in person. I was taken into hospital the day after buying the goods. Head office or the shop we’re not helpful staffed with young people who have to go and ask everything wouldn’t recommend buying from this store also look on trust pilot I wished I looked before buying here.”
