The website advises you can return the items, however on trying to do so I was advised that return postage would cost me in excess of $35USD and that I should accept a 15% refund and keep the shoes (which cannot be worn). I checked the return policy before purchasing, and as I only paid $15 postage this was the basis I considered any returns I may have to make. They are slow at responding to emails (I'm guessing in the hope I will just give up).”

Just stone walling. Do not buy from this company, they do not honour their returns policy and their products are very poor”
