“CHINA MADE SHOES THAT ARE VERY POOR QUALITY AND SMELLS LIKE ANIMAL URINE. I ordered 3 pairs of sandals in early February 2022, received the shoes two months later. I never got the Cosylands Stylish Crystal Strap Lace-Up Sandals. I only got two pairs of the 3 shoes that i was charged for. The first pair of shoes were the Cosylands Clear Straps Chain Sandals, the chains were all tarnished/black rather than gold chains. the shoes recked of animal urine, and also looked very worn and poorly crafted had tons of dents and marks on the shoes. The second pair of shoes, Cosylands Fashion Lace-Up Leopard-Print Open-Toe Sandals, smelled bad and the chains were so small that it did not fit properly on the heel of my foot. there was a huge bubble on the sole where the glue did not stick and if you try to wear the shoes the shoes would fall apart. i literally put a dispute in for my cc. i am also getting ready to file a report BBB. they refuse to give me an shipping address to return the shoes, and keeps saying they will only refund me 30% of my order. that CS number does not exsist:Our number: (407) 957-2783”

The website advises you can return the items, however on trying to do so I was advised that return postage would cost me in excess of $35USD and that I should accept a 15% refund and keep the shoes (which cannot be worn). I checked the return policy before purchasing, and as I only paid $15 postage this was the basis I considered any returns I may have to make. They are slow at responding to emails (I'm guessing in the hope I will just give up).”
