“It was lovely dealing with Cottonprint - even when I ordered the wrong product the team were super helpful - Gail helped me to completely resolve the problem and was really friendly to deal with. The only thing I'd say is the colour of the teeshirts wasn't what I was expecting so I'd probably reccommend emailing Cottonprint first! They were extraordinarily fast at completing the order with it arriving before midday the next day! I would definitely order from Cottonprint again, but would prefer photos of all the colours!”

“I have always had a good service from Cottonprint, and the next day delivery service is good. They are helpful when things go wrong, however I find it problematic when items are out of stock. When I place an order I am charged and payment taken, but a few hours later emailed to say items are out of stock. I am then asked if I prefer a replacement or to be refunded. I would prefer a system that only lets me order what is in stock. Also I often have to wait several weeks for items to be in stock, and Cottonprint do not always give dates when items will be available. This has made me look elsewhere for stock.”
