“Very helpful, friendly staff. Very good customer service. Only bad point - One of the T-shirts delivered is slightly smaller/tighter around shoulders and armpit compared to all previous mediums. Making the fit uncomfortable and the look untidy.”

“I am happy with the pricing, fast delivery and telephone communication when I place an order...my only small gripes are that there tends to be at least one item on my orders that is not in stock, and often the waiting time for the items to be back in stock is quite a while....for instance, xxl gildan heavy black t shirts were ordered on 15th july but I have been told they are out of stock until the end of august, I am only a small business but I cant tell customers that they will have to wait for over a month for ten t shirts from me. secondly I have had a few seconds in my orders....one with a very small sleeve, several with bad stitching, and one with a piece of fabric hanging out of the arm stitching....unfortunately these faults were not spotted until I had printed on them so I couldn't return them”

“the main pleasure i have with choosing cotton as my supplier is the next day delivery which is perfect when that last minute print job crops up at the end of the day and the customer wants it done yesterday! But what did grind my gears about cotton print is that they do not tell you a product is out of stock untill after you have paid for it which i think is dam out of order, if i had of known i could of gone to another supplier and to make things worse the communication was awfull and i waited three weeks before i rang up and litteraly begged for them to send me the same style shirt by a differnt brand.i shouldnt of had to ring and ask for this it should of been a gesture from the company. but all in all good company”

Hi Darren It is clear from our website that we do not show live stock - we always try and source anything that may be out of stock and when this is not possible will offer alternative products or a refund. “no problem with service ........very speedy.........just product........what i have found to my cost buying t shirts on line is............ nailed on........ you will buy a product size that you know will be a flattering fit...... only to find the difference in manufacturers.....means that you will have to send it back for a larger size........3 companies in the last two weeks I have had this problem with...borderline medium to large depending on what the manufacturers based there cut on....so kid's my advice is if you are unsure.....go for a larger size......or you end up funding the private courier companies needlessly an extra £30 in my case and the incurance of days lost waiting.......”
