“I scheduled a pickup for Saturday 4-8 PM, but was contacted on Wednesday about the possibility of picking it up early. I jumped at the chance and they arrived by 6:30 PM to get it. It was a very quick process.”

“Very simple process. The driver contacted me before he arrived at the desired time. Even went above and beyond by removing my front door from the hinges so the couch can fit through. Would definitely use this company again.”

“Easy to schedule. Good price. Reliable service. Good communication from company day prior and from driver when on the way. Couch had been moved to driveway, so crew picked it up with having to knock on door. Will use again for other items when needed!”

“I didn't catch their names, but the two people that came over for us exceeded my expectations. Polite, professional, and efficient. They showed up in the time window that we expected and did a great job! Very impressed! This pick up went so much smoother than the delivery of some new pieces of furniture. Fantastic job!”

“I was concerned at first that this wasn't a legit program, but I was wrong. There was good communication through the whole process. The team that picked up my couch and chair were prompt, courteous, and well prepared. They were in and out in 15 minutes. Great service and nice people.”

“Reviews seem a bit mixed so I was a little hesitant to pre-book my service, but it was flawless. I booked about a week in advance. In addition to the email confirmations, I received two phone confirmations. The second phone confirmation was from the driver en route. She was running a bit early and when I asked if she could slow down to allow me to finish a work conference call before her arrival, she happily obliged. She arrived with a helper and they quickly removed my two sofas. They were polite and courteous. I will likely use this service again as I slowly replace more furniture.”

“After booking two failed attempts for removal on takl (one never showed up and the other refused to send a second person as required), I was very happy with the services from couch disposal plus. It was less expensive, the communication was clear, and confirmation email and phone call great. The guys showed up on time and sent a message prior to arrival with the estimated time. From the minute I answered the door it took less than 10 minutes for them to remove the couch and carry it out a flight and a half of stairs to the truck. They were profesional and careful of the doors and flooring. I highly recommend the service and will definitely use couch disposal plus again.”
