“I spent 200.00 dollars for something that looks like sheets. The picture has a beautiful rich dark sea blue with geometric strips and I received a washed out color, it is terrible, so so disappointed after waiting two months. I will try for a refund, I will probably be stolen from.”
“Same as many others - ordered on April 17th and still nothing. Tried following up with their chat customer service and they just said that "it's coming" and to give it more time. Unacceptable. I will be disputing the charge as well. Seems like a SCAM.”
“3-5 day shipping from California - NYC & here it is a month and I'm being told cargo ship is delayed. It's coming from China. That in & of itself means this company has no integrity. Thank god I used PayPal...I'll just sew my own. It'll take less time & I don't know how to sew. Also the alleged tracking number , isn't...horrid company. “The cover doesn't fit well a L-shape couch, we sent them a picture of it, to be sure, and they told us that there was no problem. Not true! It's not remotely waterproof and hair proof, despite the advertisement specifically promised it. We even ask them if every cover was waterproof, and they confirmed it. False!
It's a very poor product, and definitely overpriced.
Not recommended at all!”
“I'd give this company a negative review if it was possible. They are a total SCAM and you're lucky if you ever receive the product that was ordered. I ordered the sofa cover and it took almost 3 months to recieve. It did not come from the US, but from China! I only ordered because I was reassured they were a U.S based company and their products came from the United States not China!!! They are horrible with customer service never having any answers. Their service team reassuring your product is on it's way and they just can't tell you where in the world your product is, because they use warehouses all over the world. NOT what I was told when I did my original inquiry. Should have googled the company before ordering. Also when I did recieve my product it was very cheap material and the packaging was ripped basically cut through. Thank God there wasn't a hole in my product, because I'd never have recieved another item or refund! Just a horrible company to work with I have no clue who's giving them 4 stars they have to have their employees writing positive posts!”
“ABSOLUTE SCAM. The tracking link hasn't updated for over a month. They sent me another link via e-mail that said it was processed out of China a month ago (which wasn't updated on their site's tracking), but now even that link has stopped working. I had to order a replacement gift from amazon of a similar product in order to fulfill a birthday promise. But don't worry, they apologized that the product hadn't arrived when expected. Great.. I seriously am just hoping it even arrives at this point.”
“Finally received our covers and they were nothing like the ones advertised. We requested a refund and here is the response "You’ve reached the returns department for Couch Savers. Upon pulling up your order, it seems that the package was delivered —, which falls beyond our 14 day return policy. Unfortunately, this order is no longer eligible for a refund"
My recommendation is you avoid this company. They also do not ship from the USA despite their claims.”

Via Chat(that’s the only way you can) they say oh it’s coming from an international supplier, however they are located in Portland OR. I asked for a refund and they said that’s not possible because it’s on the way. They can assure I will receive the product. This company seems like a complete scam to me. Do Not Order!!”
“CouchSavers is a complete scam. I ordered a cover in April and it is still not here in July. Their website says that they are American owned and operated but they my order shipped from China. Seems fraudulent to me. The tracking claims that it was processed through their Chinese facility on May 14th but nothing since then. There is no customer service phone number to call and the only option to reach their company is through chatting with a virtual assistant. After several chats they still refuse to refund my money and cannot tell me when I will receive my order.”
“I have been scammed out of almost $100 by CouchSavers. Ordered a cover in April and it is still not here in July. The tracking claims that it was picked up by a courier on April 26 and nothing since then. I asked for a refund multiple times and they just tell me to wait. I want my money back!!!”

“So where do i begin, sent pictures and measurements of couches, was told no problem they will fit perfectly, and can be returned for full price ( never stated shipping was almost as much as i paid for the items to return) It would take 3-5 days to get. Over 3 months later received this product. They are cut completely uneven, don’t fit couch in any way shape of form (I have tried with pillows without pillows & with and without the cushions as well) complete and utter garbage do not waste your time and or money. If I could go - for a review I would give them a -1000 at the least.
And reaching out the customer chat - you get the same standard bull answer like they don't even read your questions or just ignore them.”
