"Fxxking shocking behaviour from Covea .I'm being threatened by them to go with them on a no fault claim on an accident caused by their client . Instructed my own insurance provider to deal with it and still I'm getting calls emails from them .Emails and phone calls everyday stressing how I won't be getting paid for the foreseeable future as I'll have to wait on their engineer to confirm a total loss of my vehicle and even then they might not agree with my insurance provider's assessment .This is a joke .I'm now left with a mangled shell of what used to be my new work vehicle .Only had it 11 months from new and now not only haven't I got a vehicle for work -i can't hire one either as I'll have to fund it myself as they won't pay for it unless I hire one from them .How is this allowed to happen .They admit liability but not interested unless they deal with it . "Dear Mr J Reader\r\n\r\nOn 17th April My kitchen ceiling caved in due to flood under shower.\r\nI contacted my emergency cover and corvea insurance I explained what happened and expected the loss adjuster to come out.\r\nI explained that I have no washing or cooking facilities. I also requested a hotel room .\r\nI have contacted covea for updates on a daily basis.\r\nIt is now the 24th April and I have no cooking facility the kitchen is full of rubble ,dust and water all over from the ceiling\r\n\r\nI explained I have a toddler and I am disabled and I suffer with mental Heath ,i am so stressed out with the lack of support.\r\nMy excess is \u00a3250 but I was told it\u2019s \u00a3600 for contents and \u00a3600 for buildings that\u2019s a joke\r\nTheir not very good their just brokers I won\u2019t be renewing with them ,\r\nTheir is not concern or compassion about your health and safety \r\nAnd now Iv got to wait till Wednesday for Sedgwick loss adjuster and they have rubbish reviews \r\nI have emailed the company excecutive.\r\n\r\nI like the matter looked into please I look forward to hearing from you."
