Horrible!! Did not send what I ordered. Will not refund either. Needs 3 pictures of the Bimini on our boat showing it didn’t fit to refund. Michigan in February, our boat is in storage. We have our boat frame and know it won’t fit bc it didn’t have zipper pockets which I requested. Not physically able to install it on our frame. We sent pictures showing our Bimini with zippers and that theirs is much bigger. Sales person was not knowledgeable/understand what we needed and now won’t accept a return. I said we were using our boat frame so only need a Bimini which needed zipper pockets. They sent their frame with the Bimini which requires tube pockets. We do not want to drill our boat to install their frame for their Bimini. Company will not respond about a return after sending pictures and multiple attemps. Complete and total dissatisfaction.

The bimini we received is JUNK and does not work for us at all. They have refusedto honor the promised return policy so we are doing to sue the company in small claims court then throw it in the trash after the case is done.

Seemed like a great company trying to please but when we received the package and it was not correct they refused to honor the promise of being able to return it so we have now disputed the charge and will be filing a small claims case against this company if our credit card company does not get the charge reversed.

I purchased a boat cover this summer and when it arrived it did not fit my boat. I attempted multiple times to call and email to ask for return instructions. I was eventually told they would only refund 75% (for restocking) and I had to pay to ship the cover back myself. I then returned the cover and they sent it back saying it was not in 1st quality condition, even though the cover had only been removed from the box long enough to try and fit on the boat. This company has horrible customer service and they have made no effort to reimburse me for a boat cover that doesn't even fit and was never used. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY REPLACEMENT OR RETURNS HONORED> SHAM COMPANY

The Bimini is too small and poles do not line up. Contacted to return and was told it wasn’t damaged. Super flimsy and not very durable. Just disappointed in the Bimini and customer service in all.

Quality of cover is good enough I guess. Owner WILL NOT work with you for returns...be certain you want to keep the product because there is virtually no chance of returning if you aren't satisfied. I'd steer away and probbaly get a less expensive cover.

I bought a cover for a Christmas present and it did not fit my boat. The website says 30day returns. When I contacted them they were rude will not answer my calls and will not let me return the cover. I would never buy from them it is horrible customer service. I am stuck with a cover I will never use. Its terrible

i ordered custom fit cover for boat. They sent me the wrong one. went one with out ski pole. i ordered with ski pole. This doesn't fit. back and forth with them telling me its the right one. After sending picture after picture for weeks they finale realize its the wrong cover. hard to get someone on the phone. go days with out emailing back. My boat is now out in the snow with no cover. beware.

I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with Cover World. Two years ago, I bought a supposedly high-quality pontoon cover, which quickly needed replacing due to a defect that led it to tear in less than a few months. My husband has spent months trying to resolve this only to have the same thing happen again due to the first replacement. The damaged cover caused significant seat damage on our boat. What adds to our frustration is Cover World's demand for an extra $125 for the replacement, claiming only one free replacement. This means if they send a second defective product, you're on your own. Given the premium price I paid for the original cover, I had significantly higher expectations from Cover World. It's truly disappointing that they are unable to provide a 100% warranty that extends beyond a single replacement. This would have been more understandable if I still had my initial cover with two or more years of usage and the associated wear and tear. However, that is not the situation here. This experience strongly indicates a lack of commitment to standing behind the quality of their products. I caution others to consider these limitations when buying from Cover World

I absolutely hate getting duped. They duped us and will not call us back. We basically donated money to their company. Beware. There is a return policy……and your return won’t qualify for it….. I r a call back.

I spent $800 and the Bimini top did not fit. They said they could not return because it was a custom order. What? I ordered it right off their website. I sent photos. Now they won’t call back. The worst customer service ever!!!

The problem is the boat cover doesn't fit the boat, it doesn't seem to be the right size and shape and doesn't form a fitted form that drains off rain water. The problems are: 1. It is too small (too short) to go over the ski tower, too short by a couple of feet. When you put it over the ski tower it doesn't reach from the front to the back of the boat. I have the standard ski tower that came with the boat. 2. If you put it on under the ski tower it is way too big, and even using two supports (one in bow, one in stern) it isn't close to being a fitted cover, rain pools up on it. 3. It has velcro cutouts on the sides that don't intersect the ski tower in any way that would fit it closely. When it rains water comes inside around the velcro edges into the boat. What is the expected way to put this on the boat, over the ski tower or not? How is the intersection of the velcro cutouts supposed to work with my ski tower? It just seems like the cover is not designed for my boat at all. Can you send me a picture of how it looks properly fitted on my boat model? Before I ordered, I verified with the manufacturer the boat details, then discussed with you in email and then ordered the boat cover. I don’t see that it can work. I have an MB 220 Sport made in 2006.

I was unhappy with the fit of my new cover. I believed their return policy of 30 days with pictures and approval. I sent pictures of the cover on my exact boat the cover was designed for. The cover was installed with all the OEM support posts, just as it should be. The return was not approved and I'm stuck with a cover that doesn't fit.

Bought a cover that guaranteed to fit. When it failed due to not fitting they said it couldn't be returned. The hypocrisy is blatant and I lost $1k. Buyer beware of purchased a boat cover that fits and getting your money back.

Do not. I repeat, do not work with this company. I am currently in the process of trying to return an $800 Bimini, and I am getting no results. I have a feeling, we are going to get screwed over. This Bimini does not fit our boat. They are coming up with every excuse in the book not to give us our money back. First it was because we didn’t use an agent, we did it online, then it was user error, when I had my brother on the phone as I pressed every button to make sure I was hitting the right thing. It’s turning into a nightmare. We are currently turning to our complaint into our credit card company. Every email is met with long delays of response, because I’m thinking they want to hit a “past the return date” kind of deadline. That’s all I can think of. I hope this gets resolved because no one can afford to throw away $800.

Cover was not made correctly. Hole for the ski pole was off to the side and not in center of cove. Had to remove ski pole in order for the cover to fit properly. Now I have a hole in my cove
