“Bought designer bodysuit for £350. It was never in stock. Took 3 months to refund me. Avoid this store.”

“I bought a dress for $1400 and it arrived with a 2 inch tear. It was hard to notice at first because of the elaborate design. They said I was out of the return time frame and it was only 5 days. Online it says 2 weeks. How do you return something from US to UK in 2 weeks? Now they say that they will look at footage from the warehouse. I have sent more emails and have heard nothing back. Will now go to my credit card company and challenge. Stay away!”

“I have ordered from Coveti Black dress and payed 262$. Then i recieve after 2 days from them e-mail with this “ please accept my sincere apology. However, due to the high demand when you placed your order it went out of stock and was placed on backorder for the factory. “Please listen to the reviews here. I had such a terrible upsetting beyond belivf experience. I bought a $3000.00 dress, for my daughter's wedding, I never spend that much money. I returned it within the time frame, actually immediately, because it was too big and I said I did not want that size and they still sent it to me. I returned it with the label they sent me. I almost did not get my money back which would have been so upsetting. I am trying to save someone else having such a bad experience. It is illegal for them to take a dress back and never issue a credit and give the money back but that is exactly what they were doing for over 6 months!”

“Retuned dress that was too large…within the return window with a label they sent for the return but they would not credit my card. Many emails…much BS….finally filed a dispute with AMEX and they credited my account. Hope it’s over 🤞🤞🤞”

“For people who are posting here that you are not getting your money back, keep FIGHTING for it! It took me over 4 months to get my money back. They kept the dress I returned to them and they were not refunding me. So they were basically stealing. My CC wasn't as helpful as they could have been. I had a lot of documentation and I also reported it to the Attorney General. This company is so fraudulent.”

“I wish I could give this company zero stars. Do not buy from them if there is any risk of return. I returned an item within the 14 days- they emailed the shipping label and even scheduled DHL to come pick up the item. Based on DHL tracking the item arrived to the return location and months go by still no refund. I emailed and messaged the company dozens of times, nothing..just "we'll look into it" and then ghosted. They have no number to contact via phone. I tried to dispute with the bank and because so many months went by they were not able to help.”
