“Bought a $270 bottle of Blanton’s bourbon as a Christmas gift and the gift box was damaged. I filed a claim with CraftShack, sent requested pictures and detail and your response was. “It’s not our fault that the shipper didn’t pack it correctly” and you gave me a $10 off coupon code. I don’t plan on ever buying from you again and have shared my disappointment with others.”

We would like to clarify that our flat rate shipping cost is purely on the two different-sized boxes. The small flat rate box will hold up to (12) cans, (6) bottles, (8-10) mix and match cans and bottles of beer, or (2-3) 750 ML bottles. The large box will hold (24) cans, (12) bottles, or (15-20) mix and match cans and bottles or (6) 750 ML bottles. “Great to work with!!! We do corporate virtual beer tours and Craftshack makes it easy. We give the variety of beers we would like to "taste test". If they have to make recommendations for other beers so that our group can all have the same package, they have been spot on with substitutions. All well enjoyed, and it broadens peoples' brewery knowledge. And the drop ship process to people all over the country is an event planner's dream--so much work saved. Would highly recommend CraftShack.”

“Craft Shack has a great selection of every kind of beer you want. It's really pretty phenomenal. No complaints there. Only negatives is that their targeted ads often don't even advertise beers they have in stock, and secondly the shipping charges can be brutal. Still though, great beer selection, easy strong recommend.”
