“I was disappointed this time, to put it mildly. I got a delivery notice from FedEx within a couple days of my order, saying the package would arrive the next day sometime. However, more than a week would pass before actual delivery. In checking tracking information the following day, I found the package was still awaiting FedEx pickup. As it was the next day, the day after that, the day after that, and the day after that. I'm not sure that's enough "the day after that"s, but it was 11 days before it arrived. I called repeatedly for customer service, daily for 3 or 4 days, and left my contact information and all other relevant info, but never did (apparently) non-existent "customer service" deign to give me a ring. I think I'll be checking out other places to order from from here on.”

Hi William, we're sorry that your experience with our service did not meet your expectations and for missing your calls. We kindly want to explain that our partner retailer and common ground carriers have been experiencing high volume for the last few weeks, so scanning our packages to start the shipping process took longer than we anticipated. After reviewing your order timeline and tracking history, your purchase was delivered within the two-week time frame as stated in our order confirmation and shipping email. We care deeply about your experience and though we failed to return your calls, we promise that our normal shipping process will return very soon!

“I can't get any beers from Mother Earth brewing here in Florida so I treat myself once in a while by ordering from Craftshack but at almost $5 dollars a can plus the high cost of shipping yeah it is only a treat once every couple of years. If the beers were cheaper might order more often but then there's is the shipping cost that hits us all.”

We would like to clarify that CraftShack is an online marketplace that supports a network of mom-and-pop bottle shop that controls the listing price and that product pricing is based on the 3-tier system - producer, distributor, and retailer. In addition, our flat rate shipping cost is purely on the two different-sized boxes. The first tier is for the small box which will hold up to (12) cans, (6) bottles or (8-10) mix and match cans and bottles. The large box will hold (24) cans, (12) bottles or (14-15) mix and match cans and bottles. We hope this message explains how our flat rate shipping and product pricing works. “Craft Shack is amazing, starting with getting hard to get beers and breweries, prices are really good and selection amazing, been with them for a while now and never disappointed and the customer service is top notch, will continue to buy and enjoy brews I would not normally be able to get.....if you enjoy great brews and want to try beers you cannot get ...give them a try you won't be disappointed”
