I used their service and got great product a number of times in the past. The last time however they made an error and used the same tracking number for every package. So one package was delivered with three beers and all the rest I didn't get. I got an automated email from them saying that they would follow up and straighten it out but that didn't happen. Finally I had to go through my credit card and the $195 charge was reversed. Unfortunately I won't ever use them again. Too much stress.

I ordered on the 9th of February and received my order on the 24th. only half of it arrived. I contacted them about a refund and haven’t heard back. There is no phone number to reach them at, so only email. If they decide not respond it’s more convenient for them. I won’t be ordering again because of lack of customer service response. It was my first order with this company, I would suggest ordering local craft beer.

Ordered 4 bottles of bourbon 3 months ago and never received them. No email updates on order status and they do not reply to support tickets. Tried calling them and their phone lines have been down for days. Managed to get through once and had to leave a voicemail, never got a call back. Never was able to get a real person in 15 attempts calling. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Would never recommend to anyone I like.

I ordered 10 cans and only received 5. Opened a support ticket, it's been open for 21 days and there has been zero response. Just a complete lack of customer service, and it looks like my money has been wasted/stolen.

I placed an order and contacted customer service to see if I could get an estimated ship date. A ticket was created; however, I have yet to hear back. I tried calling customer service, and the only option was to leave your name and phone number. I would not recommend ordering for holiday delivery.

This place will take your money and ignore your emails. Please an order that was never delivered. Notified them immediately via email. After that my emails for follow up were just ignored. Avoid ordering from Craftshack.

Horrible shipping. My orders were "lost" another was never shipped out until I emailed for a refund.

Bought a $270 bottle of Blanton’s bourbon as a Christmas gift and the gift box was damaged. I filed a claim with CraftShack, sent requested pictures and detail and your response was. “It’s not our fault that the shipper didn’t pack it correctly” and you gave me a $10 off coupon code. I don’t plan on ever buying from you again and have shared my disappointment with others.

We received the Metallica Blackened special edition in a opened box that was flattened, whiskey was taken out of the box and bubble wrapped. Why would you bend and flatten the original box on a collectors edition?
