I don't have a DD with them, nor can I set one up. App doesn't work. A finance company not taking payments is surely illegal? 12%? reviewers recommend says much.”

I applied for a loan and they accepted me on the condition I pay £2700 via a mobile for insurance on the loan. They then called me back to say I couldn't have it yet and have to pay £5000 . I did not pay that and asked them to refund my £2700. They said, "No problem," but didn't do anything. They have since stopped taking my calls and have not replied to the numerous emails sent and this prompt me to reach out to S I M O N C H . C O M who assisted me”
“Card kept being declined, faulty chip. Ordered a new card and came within a few days. To activate the card you can use the app, app doesn't recognise the card number. You can also activate it by phoning, automated service doesn't recognise the card number. Speak to a human and eventually got it activated. Loads of issues in the past due to a joint account, problems with authorisation to discuss the account. They are a nightmare.”
“Had card for years linked to Paypal. Made a large purchase and Creation blocked it, meaning the funds were taken from my current account. Took ages for them to sort it out. Then they blocked it again a few days later. Cannot deal with this incompetent company so have cancelled my account.”

“Rubbish credit card for contactless payments. Just started using it for buying drinks whilst out and is was rejected after two transactions. Customer services say that's all you get in the same venue! Even if you enter the pin! I generally have more than two drinks. Their workaround - start a tab and pay at end. Great. Waste of time.”
“New item on finance with creation, however I cannot sign the forms as cannot log in. I have used old account details, new account details and changed passwords goodness knows how many times.
I did ring customer services and the lady was lovely - we went through the whole process for it to still not work. She says she has put a ticket into IT and the documents will be posted.
So until I receive them, can sign and return them my order is on hold.
Used creation previously and no issues at all - but this time around it is ridiculous - nothing works and it cannot be rectified by phoning customer services.
Even if I get the documents by post how on earth am I supposed to manage my account if I cannot gain access?!”
“Have never encountered such a poor online operations site. Can’t log in despite using correct user and password data. Can’t enter correct service area to log in. Platform just goes into thinking until timed out.
I have more to do than just sit watching a mal functioning website.
When I have more patience I will telephone and hopefully will get more than an electronic operator or worse still an iBot.”

I’ve returned one item that turned out to be faulty ( it wasn’t a straight forward process at all)
My monthly payment reduced just by £10 when £159 credited on to the account.
They refunded the original cost of purchase and not the full amount including interest.
Not fair play here as i should get whole amount paid refunded !
Delivery charges was not refunded either , I have lost around £100 with this guys because of the monthly interest wasn’t refunded.
Save money don’t use them.
Just logged on my account, I’ve paid off a few items now but don’t see any changes in monthly payments figures!!!!
Why? Not happy at all ! Made extra payments to reduce amount of months and same thing , nothing changed. Extra payments doesn't do nothing but vanished up in the air that is what it looks like wish i never bothered 😕”
“It’s a credit card firm which you just can’t trust. Always having computer mistakes, poor customer service (that is, if anyone really bothers to reply) and far too many times the card is rejected on point of sale.”
“Horrific company, do not go near them. Purchased ear buds through Currys, direct debt was never taken by creation then then charged late payment fees even though I paid online as soon as I saw DD had not gone out of my account (money was in my bank). I now have an 0.18p rolling debt that I can't pay online that they fine me for ever month but thet won't let me pay over my monthly payment amount to clear it. So £40 in charges every month for an 18p payment charge. Any help to solve this greatly recieved as tried everything and Creation do not respond to anything.”
