“Don’t use, they hold your payments for your credit card for 9 days then uou can call fir an investigation which takes 7-10 days and you only get 14 days to pay, they are doing it on purpose so they can charge you interest and fees on the account as you clearly cant use the credit card if payments dont go through meaning you gave to use the money you need to pay the card with, its fast payments now and FCA and my bank say the acc should show money on your bal immediately, the processing has nothing to do with the balance. Its caused me a breakdown, stress & anxiety, complaining to FCA. Credit card not fit for purpose, creation steals your money its fraud!”

“Just cancelled my Currys credit, I never miss payments on anything, and have multiple accounts some just increased their limits for me this week. Creation just went from x to £0 without a consultation or warning, just done deal. I hadn't used them for a year but was handy for emergencies or large purchases in future. I won't be using again, and likely not use Currys again.”
“I purchased an Apple Watch through Creation Finance's 24-month interest-free option. Despite paying by direct debit, a remaining balance of 18p was left at the end of the 24 months.( This happened due to their wrong calculations)They charged £30 for this, and now they're threatening to add interest monthly for such a small amount. Consider this before using their services. Stay away from this company”
“I had a credit card many years ago, and paid it off in full before the terms changed. This was about 5 or 6 years ago.
This year, I received an email to say I owed £4 something. I checked the email and it was a legit email, and when I rang up, they told me the account was last paid into in 2021, and last used in March 2022.... I haven't got a credit card with them anymore, and haven't since BEFORE covid. The card was cut up once received (before COVID) and I had also received a letter to say my account would be closed from not being used.
Fraudulently try to get you to pay extra charges, and when you ask for an itemised bill to see where this charge is, no surprises, they cannot find the bill to send to you.
Disgusting service and extremely stressful.
Avoid as much as you can!”

Tried to get a tv from currys and was advertised this financial plan...gave it a go, got approved and had to activate the account so i can make a purchase. Tried and tried many times to activate it, always giving a 404 error. And no customer service to help, nothing. Gave up on this and got my tv from somewhere else. Though that well i didn't activate the account and didn't place any order, should be all fine. No ! After 3 months, they have placed a direct debit on my account, for £38.02 per month... for whaaat ?! Reading all this reviews, i know this will be a long and draining process, with a ruined credit score !!! How can this be legal ??! This needs reporting”
“I've been a victim of identity theft. So the annoying thieving mongoloid used my details to buy a product under my name and address at Currys. Now I'm getting harrased by Creation Finace to pay money on a loan I don't own! It's affected my credit score and my mental wellbeing.
I've tried calling them, I get hung up on after 30 minutes of waiting and they haven't even responded to any of my emails!
I don't know what to do at this stage, but all I know is that I want it to stop..”
“I have just taken out 12 months interest free loan with Creation, for a TV I bought at Currys. Despite numerous to and fro emails with Creation, I have been unable to activate my account. I have a direct debit which I didn't authorize. I have tried to pay the whole amount off to end the whole saga but my bank won't recognise the company. Extremely stressfull and worrying time. I went to Currys today and they more or less said, nothing to do with us anymore!”
“AVOID!! This used to be a great credit card company to use especially for travel. Sadly no longer reliable or useful. Even with contact from me letting them know i was going on holiday and would be using my cc as the billing card - even letting them know the exact places and companies that I'm using and dates of my vacation, card is still declined for no reason. As others have said in their reviews, my balance has always been cleared and never missed any payments. This is the problem i think, they only want customers who make them money by not paying off their bill and racking up interest.”
