Shocking customer service where they put you on hold and put the phone down, wait times are nothing short of a disgrace. 1st time 50 minutes, 2nd call over 1 hour and counting. Disgrace. You have been told.”
“Very frustrating. On hold for 50 mins so far and still waiting to speak to someone. They have taken a direct debit payment after all monies owed have been paid and the final payment date - which is clearly stated on the contract, has passed.”

I placed an order online with Currys last week,I signed my credit agreement...but I did not recieved any order confirmation from Currys...so I contacted them about my purchase,they said they have no any purchase from me,but Creation already set up a direct debit with my bank account. “The website is often down customer services are very slow to respond and seem pretty clueless when they do . Thing is I only hold this card for the IHG benefits and mainly use it simply for that if it were my main card I would have dumped it years ago .”

In a nutshell I am trying to establish why my creidt card has been cancelled or the account closed (neither of which I requested) - truly the very worst credit card supplier I have come across.”

“Defiantly avoid using this company - I made a payment by bank transfer forgot to include my Creation account number - called Creation immediately and after a long long wait finally managed to talk to someone to advise them of my error.
After 3 weeks and numerous unsuccessful attempts and hours trying to get through on the telephone and around 6 e mails using their on line system I still have had no contact from them and the payment has still not been credited to my Creation Account.
In desperation I contacted Curry’s (company that introduced Creation to me when purchasing a new lap top) there advice was to call Creation as they cannot help.
I am now in contact with my Bank to help resolve this simple matter.
Frustrated customer that will not be using either Curry’s or Creation Finance ever ever ever again.”
“Purchased a TV from John Lewis and signed up for a 12-month interest-free deal. I find creation are taking funds immediately every month.
Their online system is at best useless and they never answer the phone. Think I'll have to refer to the FCA and I encourage people to steer clear.”
