“DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE Their returns policy is extremely misleading, do not take any risks with this company. Products are poor quality. Their customer service is poor and they ignore UK Trading Standard Laws. Would strongly advise to avoid.”

“Terrible Return Policy and Misleading Product Descriptions I’m deeply disappointed with my experience with Creative-Cables UK. After the holiday season, I attempted to return a product, only to find out their 14-day return policy counts as calendar days, not working days. They outright refused my return, even though the product description on their website was misleading. The photos made it seem like I was buying a complete, ready-to-install stainless steel lamp holder, but in reality, it was just a decorative cover! To make matters worse, I was searching for a stainless steel lamp holder for a 200W bulb, and while the outer housing was steel, the internal components that directly contact the bulb were aluminum! Even in their instructional video, a complete lamp holder was shown—not just the colored cover they sold me. My complaint was dismissed, and now I’m out of pocket for a product that’s completely useless to me. Their customer service attitude leaves much to be desired. Avoid this company unless you want to risk throwing your money away.”

“In our opinion 'Wall lamp 3 flex60 config' from Creative Cables is top-heavy and unsuitable as a wall lamp, despite the beautiful pictures on the internet. We don't dare to hang the lamp because of the weight and have an expensive bad buy. We do not recommend this product. We personally do not recommend a composite product from Creative Cables after our experience, because Creative Cables simply points you to their 'Return and Refund Policy'. "Always available and you agree to it when placing the order", you get in response to an email. We experience this as very customer-unfriendly. So we would NEVER put together a product at Creative Cables again and we advise others against this either. Beautiful pictures, but if you experience, for example, that a wall lamp is so top-heavy that you don't dare to hang it, you have a big bad buy. Are you stuck with an expensive lamp that you can immediately take to the thrift store...”

“I have used Creative Cables a couple of times. The goods aren't bad - an acceptable quality/cost balance, but every time I have contacted the customer service, that's pretty much close to nonexistent.Every time I have to call an average of 8 times across a day or two for finally someone to pick up the phone, and this last order I've placed with them, when someone eventually answered, the support was absolutely disgraceful. I have order, among other components, fabric cable. When placing the order, you have the option to choose, 10m as a single length, or 10 x 1m cables. I needed, due to several lamps, 10 x 1m lengths of both colours, but unfortunately received single cables of 10m, which because it pre-cut and taped on the edges, actually more expensive than a single 10m length. After I managed to finally speak to them, asking for these items to be replaced by the correct ones. The reply was immediately an incredibly rude: "oh you can just cut it yourself". I could, but that's not what i paid for. Then after a back and forth conversation for a few minutes, I was finally told in a very rude way that I could "go on the website, find the address, and return the items (at my own cost), and they would cut and send back. With their order there is never a delivery slip, nor returns form, nor anything. Just a box with the goods, no official tracing. This is a shameful service, a nightmare of a customer service and as I really advise against using this company.”

“Very good quality products. I bought some cables, lamp holders and more....So happy with the goods. The various types of cables available is excellent!!!”
