Not happy with this company at all right now. After 5 yrs of paying, credit fix they are looking to release equity from my mortgage. I’ve been informed by the independent organisation that this will not now happen. Does this now mean I’ll have to pay for an additional year? Your guess is as good as mine as I’ve not yet been informed by credit fix of what the next options are. Secondly as I’m coming to the end of my agreement and I’ve applied for vehicle finance in order that I can continue working in order to continue making payments and not to fall into any debt. Initially they agreed and stated that I can have finance as long as it does not go over a certain threshold. I’ve sought a car, which is under the agreed threshold and credit fix are now moving the goal post and querying why the amount of the monthly payments are that amount, despite them agreeing to it in the first place. I warned credit fix this could have an impact on my employment if this was not dealt with swiftly, however they have continued to drag their feet. I wish I hadn’t entered into this agreement and just gone to the CAB. This is a dictatorship....

I have paid off my Iva a year ago but still takes monthly payments out o bank I had letter to arrange the over payment to be paid back into my account I was told 5 to 6 weeks to wait I then said you have taken the money out of my account every month so why should I wait that long still no payment 6 weeks later so I rang them and there said it would be another 5 days . Seems to me there will take your money but won’t pay back what is owed

I am Gerald Martinez, I live Boston MA. My most gratitude goes to SUPREME CREDIT SOLUTION. Few months ago, I needed help with my credit; I had nowhere to run to. My whole life was in jeopardy because my current credit score was 504, I wanted a higher score and negative items deleted although most of them I had no idea why they were there because I never opened accounts with credit card. I went on internet to search for help and I found SUPREME the credit guru and I immediately contacted them through SUPREMECREDITSOLUTIONS23@GMAIL.COM OR TEXT+1 (614) 960-8079. We got started with the process with some few questions and a little display of competency as a proof of legitimacy. The good news is that they did all they promised to do (deleted the accounts, erased all the inquiries and eventually raised my score to a 750. Someone might be in similar situation that’s the reason I decided to do this. Cheers!

When I signed up I told them about all my creditors from the beginning..but v were still receiving letters from them..V told this to creditfix n they said to ignore them n send any letters to them by post.. V did all that .N now that v only had 6 months left of iva they r saying they r going to increase the iva for another 2 years cuz this last correspondence from the creditors they never received b4 so they have added it to the debt...N extended our plan to 2 more years..which is bulshit cuz v added all the creditors when v signed up...N they r saying they confirmed it with us b4 adding it on..which they Dint...bastards..don't recommend any1 using them...

mmmm, very mixed reviews here, i was going to sign up, spoke to a very nice lady today, very helpful, , not sure what people are expecting , i have a large debt and was with another company, was on a DMP, and to be honest was not really happy with them, been on ssp since April, told the company who where unhelpful , i am hopefully going back to work in the next week or two, but only part time to start, phoned creditfix today, they were very helpful, told me i could go on an IVA, and it will cost me a lot less than my old DMP , and in five years i will be debt free, if this is true i will be very, very happy

If you want a trouble free hassle free IVA do not use Creditfix. Nightmare They outsource so you cant understand on the phone, if you can get through that Is. They don't answer questions, like politicians they avoid questions. The complaints department as far as I see doesn't exist. Tried to complain few times and goes back to case worker. I Found the experience as stressful as having debts. When you get diary statement through, check it, they make a lot of it up. I'm Creditfix free, oh and debt free,

Creditfix. Wouldn't go with them again Ever. They told when I was signing the papers that after 2.5 years they will help me to find a loan and I will have better credit score. After that time I rang them and they said the offer is not avaliable any longer. I wouldn't do it again. They want have look online on your bank statement. I'm single mum paying now £100a month with my 10.000 debts. I have now 2 years left with them .

This company Creditfix has made my father bankrupt after an initial mobile phone debt escalated. Creditfix had him paying a IVA, £700 monthly out of his wages over 3 years. He was rushed to hospital 2 years ago with failing heart and organs, he had to leave his job of over 40 years. Creditfix had collected £18,000 of a £20,000 debt though the IVA yet still made him bankrupt. He has nothing the Official Receiver is currently taking his pension..Credifix do NOT help people they pray on the vulnerable. Do Not Trust this company!!!

Do not use this company - unfortunately I inherited them as I took out an IVA with another company who was bought up by them. They are shambolic, ruthless but totally in competent. I am going through a living hell at the hands of this shower and now they are trying to take my house away from me by applying to the Land Registry Office. Keep away from them.

Please can some one help me. I am Portuguese National leaving in UK I have been approach by a company that had said they could help me with my debits and They worked with government , Next minute I was told even to lie by the company in order for me to get into IVA at the end they have said that I been passed to creditfix they are experts in dealing with the situation. from the beginning I was told I don't have to pay any fees. When I was passed to creditfix they have sent me a pack to my house I some letter for me to sign I a did and I dint read the full contest because it was so many pages and I beleived what the other company said( No fees) . in October it was my first payment and I was told they would contact all companies and no more call or email. I was happy I few weeks after the same companies still contact me I have contact Creditfix I have told them about the companies contact me . They have ask me the names I have given their name . Three months into IVA the companies are still contact I was getting more frustrating to the point my anxiety have come back I was ring the creditfix the have started tell me well-done you are doing well and half way I keep tell them I wasn't happy with them and I could not understand nothing and I was so nervous about the letter coming I have changed my number because the call I have stared having panic attack and depression. I have contact creditfix for refund the money back they have started saying will not refund the money back because I have sign a contact saying I was willing to pay £2000 for the services I was in shock I have collapse on the street. I have contacted my bank If they could help me recover the money as I have been contacting a few companies to arrange a deal with them. I was even surprised that they only notified my tax credits on the 8th on March after I have complain and report creditfix as fraudsters to my bank. I have asked creditfix to cancel any services or contract with them if I have I was told I have to talk to manager first I received email from the manager explain the concerns they have I have replayed to the email but no one have respond. please if you guys know where I could go to complain and recover the money please help me.

i had got myself in a right pickle with my finances and things were getting out of control, i had been thinking about doing an iva for a few years but kept putting it to the back of my mind and telling myself things will get better, but they didnt. i was having to borrow more and more and getting more and more into debt. bills were piling up, debt collectors started turning up so enough was enough i reach for the phone and made that call. the people i have had dealing with me have been so wonderful and not judgmental, really understanding and made me feel at ease and have been very helpful. for the first time in years i feel like i can breathe and have been managing to sleep at night without worry. i feel like i am in control of my finances again.
