Although have been with creditfix for a few years, I do not get a statement of money paid so have no idea if at the end of 5 years I will actually be debt free. More information please.

You have put my case in the hands of a ppi claims company Allay, they keep sending me e mails asking me to fill in forms accessed from one of their web addresses. Whenever I try to access the links given I can never get the forms they are asking me for. I wish to point out to both yourselves and Allay that my computer skills are limited and that the computer is not a good method of communication for me. The telephone or postal service would be my preferred method of talking with yourselves or your authorised representatives

I felt like I was being pushed into entering an arrangement with them and did not sign application form as I was in 2 minds but they insisted that I pay the monthly fee as I was committed although I had not signed the forms?

When Credit-fix first called me on my house phone, they were very helpful and I gave them all the information required to put a case file together. That is where it all changed, the communication from their end stopped and I found myself in no mans land. I did not know if I was successful in applying for an IVA and I still had letters coming through my door. I believe Credit-Fix spend too much time in chasing new customers rather than keeping existing customers up to date with progress. Not sure if I would recommend this company to any of my family or friends.

I have only been involved with Creditfix for a few months but they have been excellent. My previous company were taking months and months to set up my IVA whereas within a couple of months I was sorted. They are polite, courteous and so helpful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wishing to clear debts easily and without any fuss. Thankyou Creditfix
