“Came in early hrs purchased paints & few bits, Ken served nicely, was offered delivery service, I did tell Ken I might not be in but the garden was private, delivery was arranged for about 10am, came home @ 12.55pm didn’t see my paints, so rung my son Incase he put them somewhere, couldn’t reach my son so rung store to find out, someone called sally then answered saying they had been delivered, but would call me back, not very friendly customer service, seemed stressed, so once I hung up explaining maybe my sons put them somewhere, I reached my son saying he had taken them in, being in retail myself I thought I’d just ring the store to let sally know I’ve got the paints, the phone line was busy saying press 1 if you still need to speak to a member of staff, so that’s what I did, when sally answered don’t keep ringing when I’ve said I’ll call you back, I said I’ve pressed no. 1 as the phone line is saying, she then yelled I’m on another line, I’m by myself, you don’t have to keep calling, well that’s just great service, that’s all you need when you’ve spent £90, disgusting customer service, I only acknowledged her on phone, god knows how she’d speak in the store, disgraceful”
“Most vile company I’ve ever had the displeasure of doing business with!! Defamed my name and business and just lie rather than take responsibility for their inept members of staff! This goes right to the top, proper corrupt! For god sake don’t even try to challenge the Circus and ring masters at your own peril!! They’ll take your facts and spew out lies, they aren’t part of a third party ombudsman so they run riot and do what they want!! Shocking company!!”

“Placed an order 10 days ago. At the time it said delivery will be 7-10 days. Money was taken out of the account, but no confirmation received. It stated on their website it could take up to 24 hours to receive confirmation. But it’s been 10 days and still no confirmation and no paint. Tried to call them but customer support has been disabled. Tried to email, no reply. Tried to contact them via social media, still no reply. I’ve never used this company before and it seems they’re scamming people and taking their money. I did some research and it seems like the company is legit, but it’s mind boggling that they are unable to give any updates.”
“I have had reason to contact Crown paints twice in the past year, once when I needed advice with using a water based top coat and again when I had a faulty product. They were very helpful with the water based paint issue giving me good advice on how to apply, The second time was when I had a faulty tin of paint, they did not hesitate in giving me a full refund. Our communication was very easy, I sent an e-mail with my issue and they gave me a ring back.
A very good customer service, from a very good company..
And no I do not work for them and never have.”
