“All ok apart from paying for next day delivery and items not received until day 3. Customer services said this was due to warehouse backlog and delivery would be refunded. Week later and still no refund!”

“Ordered a selection of goods, a couple of hours after ordering I received an email informing me that two of the 7 items were out of stock , I immediately sent an email asking for the rest of the order to be cancelled as the two items were the main two I wanted. Anyway I received no reply so sent another email the following day and another the next day without reply. The order was confirmed on its way before I received a reply to my emails and was to tell me I’d have to pay for the return if I didn’t want the other items. Poor ordering system, poor service and poor customer care.”

“I had been reccomened by a friend to use cruise fashion I had ordered my two jumpers. Places order for next day delivery at 10am. The item did not arrive the next day. I refused my order. The order has gone back I still haven’t received full refund yet. Only partial refund”
