“After having paid £7 for delivery my parcel took 5 days to arrive, when it arrived it was faulty and it has cost me a further £16 pounds to return it so I have now spent over £20 and still no further forward.”

“I ordered a scarf in a specific colour that I had been looking for awhile. I received my order and was dissappointed to find that Cruise had sent me the wrong colour of scarf although the correct colour was stated on the invoice, confirmation email and label attach to the scarf. When I went back on to the website the correct colour that I had ordered was no longer on the website. I was also not notified of the change to my order. I did send an equiry via email but have yet to hear a response.”

“Merchandise excellent and good website, unfortunately I was disappointed paying for next day delivery but unfortunately I did not realize it was 6.15 when I placed the order. I phoned customer services because I was charged £9.99 for next day delivery and the goods didn't arrive till 4 days later and still no response from customer services”

“I was really impressed with how quickly the parcel arrived. I ordered on a Saturday afternoon and received my items on the following Monday morning! We have had issues receiving parcels recently but never with Cruise! Not to mention the quality of the clothes from there. Thanks for the great service”

“The fitting of the clothes are awful. Sleeves on the arms are too short, length of tops/T-shirt’s are too short. If you’re 5ft 5 and 18st then they’ll be a perfect fit. Maybe try making some for 6ft 4+ and slim.. overall, over priced for poor fitting!”
