Ordered a pair of shoes on the 19th of March, order still says ready to ship and I still haven’t received them, when am I going to receive them haven’t had any update on them was starting to think somethings wrong. I wrote an email yesterday and got no reply aswell now I know the coronavirus could have something to do with delieverys and delays but I haven’t been notified can someone get back to me?

My parcel always comes on time when a order from cruise and always comes in the correct size and the parcel is always well sealed

Ordered a pair of Boss trainers Photo on Cruise website was different to what I received. I paid for express delivery and returned them by registered post. No apology for Cruises error and no compensation for both postage charges

Not impressed at all. I've been since my order minus the tracksuit top. I have sent e-mails. Filled in the online form and had a chat online and still got nothing. Wont be shopping on the website again. Poor

Know it’s difficult times but can’t collect my order as store is closed. Next is delivering collect orders for free, why can’t you! Unsure of when store will be open to collect item

So 2 hours after I placed my order cruise offered 20% off everything , I did email to ask if that there was anything they would do as it was the same day I’d placed the order. No response. As a regular customer in store when I’m in the Uk it’s disappointing. Also the current parcel I’m awaiting has been printed without the correct house number on it and I’m struggling to contact the courier

I placed an order last week to have one of the items not delivered and the money refunded which was fine but I then reordered the same item and it was delivered but I had to pay double postage and packaging when I could of just had them both in the same delivery

I had a 20% off voucher which I tried to use in store. There wasn’t a barcode so was told couldn’t use it but I could order online and pickup I store for free and would receive a £15 off voucher once collected. I got home tried to order and one of the items wasn’t available for collection (even though it was in the store) so I had to pay the £6.99 for delivery and also didn’t receive a voucher. Seems strange that there was no way to honour the voucher even though the assistant could clearly see the email which I had received. Was also told while in the shop that I was to phone the number at the desk (which he pointed to). Assuming this was customer service which isn’t open at weekends.
