The item I bought I returned as too big and ordered a smaller size to be sent out. Sent this back special delivery to arrive next day before 1pm which you recieved on Tuesday as I have check the royal mail tracking and have had no correspondence to tell me you have recieved this and when the new order will be sent out. I am extremely disappointed in this service and do expect more from Cruise.

Terrible ordered 6 tshirts got 3 one was covered in dirt terrible that's happened a couple of times to myself think il be shopping else where

This review is purely on my recent purchase , all previous purchases were ok ! My order was places on the Monday however by the friday my order still said "pending" i called cruise they said it would be with me by the Monday ??? One week after order ??? It took over two weeks for my delivery to arrive and yet Cruise sent me no update on my order. Lack of consideration to the customer is HUGE. I called again to be told there was a problem with there system ??? Thats not my problem however it is your responsibility to contact your customers to inform them !.Cruise then proceeded to take the full delivery charge of my account, even though on the telephone they said they would take it off. I then had to email to ask for my delivery charge back. Poop Poor communication skills Cruise. Very very disappointed and I have shopped in store for years and several times online.

Ordered a NAVY Hugo boss hoodie and they sent a black one and to send back it’s costing me more money. Will not use again

I’m disgusted when I ordered a tshirt at £165 uz also took £147 out my account I had to wait days for my money returned I’m a good customer & get treated like this

I haven’t received the parcel. The DPD driver said he left the parcel at concierge. But the concierge said there was no parcel.

Very disappointed item ordered on 8th june only delivered today 19th and it is damaged so now more time will be taken until i get a refund

I found your communication with me was very vague, I only received 50% of my order with no info explaining what was happening with whole order, only when I mailed you was I informed my order was going to be in to parts, when your spending a lot of money on products you expect a high level of service, I didn't think you achieved this

I frequently shop in store and order on line with Cruise. A few problems have occurred with my orders and the reason I rate them 5 * is due to their 'After Sales' Customer Service. Fantastic to deal with - thanks.

Got my order with one thing missing. No correspondence to say item to follow or if not available anymore and also a refund for same. Have to wait 24-48 hrs for someone to get back to me. And had to wait a week from the time the order was processed to the order was delivered

Terrible. Placed an order on 7th June and have still not received it (18th June). £6.99 for delivery and it takes this long??!! Will never used again.

Happy with service but once again I was sent incorrect size. When this happens I shouldn't have to pay for postage. This is a Cruise mistake which Cruise should pay for.
