“Not happy at all. It was a gift and the stone island badge was missing. Contacted customer service who said somebody will collect it for a refund and nobody came so will need to call back on monday. Extremely unhappy and angry the situation and the company .”

“I had to return for an exchange because the item was too big. The registered postage was €15 (expensive). This could have maybe be avoided if you had a model wearing it and digesting what size the model is wearing. I’m usually a size Uk8 and had to return for size UK 6. Also this is not guaranteed you will still have the item in stock to replace it which will actually bring the rating down.”

“I ordered a medium in a t shirt and by the time it was processed it changed to an xxl which is not what I wanted. I immediately emailed Cruise and sent the unwanted item back and still to this day have not had any response to my email or a refund!!!”

“I always shop in cruise for the items qualities and delivery but, this time I am very confused and gives me a bit disappointment as I have ordered a two piece Moschino suit and on the delivery I just received the jacket without trouser, so I have reported it to the customer service and still waiting for the missing trouser to be send. I think the delivery department should try their best to fixe this issue which would degraded the appreciation of customer.”

“I am not happy with the service I order 3 things and they only sent me 2 and the have charged for 3 spoke to costumer service I would revive them next week but still not got them and they have taking full amount out my bank”

“Ordered shirt and t shirt on a Thursday night on next day delivery , expecting really to get the shirt delivered no later than Saturday , when I wanted to wear it. To my surprise the courier gave me a Tuesday delivery .”

“I am yet to receive my order, which was due to arrive yesterday at the latest. When I contacted CRUISE I was told there was an issue that had delayed my order and they had no idea when my order will actually arrive which is unacceptable!”
