To be fair the online service was good. My problem was with the shop in George St, Edinburgh. The sales assistant was very helpful at first but when I went to pay for the polo shirt it was on the till for £90 but the ticket said £85. He went to speak to the manager who advised there was nothing she could do as it was marked up wrong. I appreciate that the shop do not have to honour the lower price before purchase but in the interest of good customer service which I would expect from a high end retailer such as Cruise I think they should have agreed to the lower ticket price (a mere £5). Out of principle I decided not to give that particular shop my custom. Even if the manager came to speak to me themselves out of curtousy it may have made a difference. A very impersonal service. My purchase was for more than 1 polo shirt, obviously not an important enough sale .

My purchase was delivered when said it was just a pity it was not what I ordered, also very surprised it did not arrive in a YSL box any other designer things I have bought from other shops have all come in the designers box. My purchase was picked up this morning hope you have the bag I ordered because this was my birthday present. Cant give a rating until this is sorted out

Still no package for the two coats that I ordered. I have been waiting for my order for three weeks and now I received an email saying that there is an investigation that will take 5-7 days the day after I received a new tracking number??? The communication to me and on their end is very poor. Still no package and tracking is only for 1 jacket and not two! I still have no package and the tracking says that it is in flight. I am not sure that I believe it if the courier is doing an investigation. The jackets are expensive. I am afraid it will take me just as long to get my money back!

Ha I g to send back, short arrived and had three white marks over the collar. Did not realise you need to pay for postage on returns. Won’t be buying again. Plenty other sites offer free delivery and returns

After paying £140 for a pair of stone island jeans plus £6.99 delivery which I think is a joke the jeans came with no badge! Isn’t that what you pay for! Not happy I rung up to be told badge would be sent out I’m still waiting a week later won’t be ordering again!

I cannot find a way to get in touch with you. I do not have a working tracking number and cannot use the courier's website. If I do not hear back from you, I am going to cancel the order.

Happy with the purchase. Although it was ridiculously priced, the recipient seems delighted. I do think that the delivery charge is outrageous though and far exceeds the norm, especially when it's not next day delivery. In fact, I'd go as far as to say it really should be free delivery given the cost of the items.

Clothes arrived marked , creased and not folded up . Useless customer service imo . I had to wash and iron them all .
