“Delivery at £6.99 a bit expensive although it did arrive the following day also missed out on extra 20% discount as it didn’t flag up at checkout, overall I would definitely recommend and I would use again.”

“I recently Opted to purchase a Burberry scarf from Cruise as the price was around £20 move favourable vs my local Burberry store. Firstly, the item arrived inappropriately packaged. Every Burberry item I’ve purchased in the past (either from Burberry or an official outlet) has arrived in either a Burberry box or roll tube. My item arrived, in fairness promptly, however in a basic plastic bag inside of a battered Flanels paper bag. For me, part of the experience of purchasing a high value Burberry item has always been the wonderful packaging it arrives in. With a price tag of £350, and with no postal discount available on high value purchases, this falls well below my expectations of purchasing from luxury brand retailers. If like myself, you’re based within the Edinburgh area, I’d advise sticking to Harvey Nichols or the Burberry store for similar purchases. Sort it out Cruise!”

“Nice jumper and selection of clothes online. Product arrived, but was returned due to size not fitting. Postage costs are excessive at £6.99 and was 5 days before posting, and a week to receive which is quite slow.”

“Would have rated higher if it wasn’t for delivery / return costs being expensive in relation to other online retailers. Why can’t you offer free delivery / returns to store like a lot of other companies or even free home delivery if the customer spends over a certain amount? When spending hundreds of pounds at a time I don’t expect to feel as though I’m being ripped off for delivery / return costs.”
