Iv saved for a year to buy daughter Alexander mcqueen trainers and decided to purchase them from cruise despite them being 10 pounds more expensive than other store. The reason bei g as a banner at top of page saying spend 500 and get 100 voucher. I then bumped my order up to over 500 so my son could have opertunity to get clothing from store..... Only to be told my order didn't qualify.... I was left very disappointed and wish I'd never ordered from cruise. Also aftershave that was stated to be rrp 60 ponds had a 34.99 sticker on it

Ordered 2 stone island t shirts. Was charged online £115 for one of then & when it arrived the price on the label was £110. Also think it should be free delivery after a certain amount of money. £6.99 is the most Iv paid from any other shopping website for standard delivery.

Received email about promotion , so decided to spend over £500 to get a voucher for £100. The delivery was a day late and also missing two expensive items, which is still under investigation. So haven’t got them yet. Then to be told that I won’t get the £100 voucher because of the items I bought were not in the promotion. Not very good in my opinion. I think this should have been more clear and not misleading.

Extremely disappointed with the service I received from Cruise. I found the offer they had on was misleading and communication was not great. I will not be buying from Cruise again.

Having read some of the reviews I was nervous of ordering but Cruise have been excellent. I spoke to customer services before ordering and they were very helpful. Item arrived exactly as promised and at a bargain price.

Worried when i read the reviews, obviously its not good that they take your money before checking if its in stock. Luckily my item was in stock and was delivered quickly, the packaging was filthy and dirty, not how you expect your packages to arrive. However the item was in good quality, i ordered a grey stone island jumper however the colour was very different when it arrived, more of a pale green... but i kept it as it was still nice. Overall the order was fine but i wouldnt order again due to the uncertainty of when you get the product, if its in stock or refund.

Service and delivery has been good. I have however not yet received my £100 voucher after spending over £500 in your recent offer. I have emailed a number of days ago and have yet to receive a response or update despite your commitment to respond within a 48hr period. I still await a response - and it has tainted the experience somewhat. I would have expected cruise to honour the terms of your deal and not to have me chasing what should be an automatic receipt of the £100 voucher. Kind regards Paul 07917 013924

Disgusted in you as a company and the service you provide,I ordered a top it got left in my front garden went missing and you told me to ring the police,you told me you will not be giving me a refund even tho my parcel was not left in my designated area and the delivery company took responsibility.never again will I order from you and also I’ll be advising my friends/family to stay clear

The reason for this is that I haven’t received my voucher so I tried calling your customer service team unsuccessfully. I was on hold for over an hour and when I finally was put through I was told my a automated service that you are having issues with your system and to call back later. Absolutely disgraceful

Been waiting for a parcel from cruise for over a week now. Been told that the courier has it when infact they don’t so I’m not a happy customer. DPD have tracked all their parcels and not one of them is my one as they don’t have the parcel number

Sorry Cruise I have been a customer who has spent a lot over the years but having chose you over other shops Black Friday deals you have let me down. The £100 code for spending over £500 has not been delivered as promised. Ignoring emails and no one answering calls. Always says second in queue! This is surely not acceptable. I won’t spend any more money here unless this is remedied.

Every year I shop over £1000 on clothes for my 2 boys from your store. This year I bought 2 jumpers to the price of £527 to be told I won’t receive the voucher I’ve had no problem with on the same clothing line every year. Honestly will not ever be returning to your store as can buy elsewhere the same range. Was a great deal every year to have a voucher for one of the kids to choose own gift. Rather spend money in other store from now on.
