“I'm really disappointed to give a poor review, but after spending over £150 plus £7 on delivery, the gift I'd ordered arrived in a battered box, not reflecting the spend. When I called customer care, I was advised I need to return the item (at my cost unless I provide photos of the battered box) and if it arrives back they will send another one of the only 3 remaining products that are the same as mine - very unlikely given the time of year. I was disappointed with the quality of one of my items also. The delivery of the third item was much better, at least it came wrapped in appropriate packaging but overall I'm not sure what if anything I will keep and its unlikely I will shop with Cruise again. Disappointing service and disappointing customer service.”

“My sons shop a lot from Cruise online, but what l cannot understand that you can charge £6.95 for delivery on a t-shirt/ sweatshirt that costs £105-£200, l think when someone is spending over a certain amount it should be free or even standard which is normally £2.95.”

“As a loyal customer I’m a extremely disappointed in this order. I already complained about the length of time for Order to delivery. But yesterday I received my order and only 2 items were delivered. Missing the important items which I wanted for Xmas. I sent an email yesterday but not had a response yet. I will be expecting a positive response from your team. If it’s not corrected by today I will need to go somewhere else to buy these items as I need them ASAP. Regards. Brian”

“Communications are just awful, my order of 8 items came on three separate days a week apart, the first parcel had just two items in it, no notification of what was happening with the rest at all and you just can’t get through on the phone, send an email and it took 4 days to get a response!!”

“Having being an existing customer i was a shocked to find my parcel was very poorly packed.Having spent a large amount of my hard earned to money to find it came in a opened see through plastic bag with my jeans inside.The see through plastic bag looked like it was laying on the floor for weeks and placed with my jeans inside.I find that totally unacceptable from a company of your stature.I never expected this kind of poor packaging.”
