Only received one item (although delivery note reads two ) nearly a week later and I still haven’t heard what’s happening ! The missing item was a Christmas gift so left in limbo

Is this a joke? Your customer service has been absolutely appalling. Still waiting for a reply from numerous emails sent. Still waiting for my correct item to be delivered to me after you sent the wrong one. Still waiting on any correspondence. God help me if I need to exchange anything else.

Since changing your delivery service I will not be using Cruise as the delivery time is too long.Iam still waiting on my order?

After ordering some trainers, I looked at reviews online and was really worried. The service I received however was excellent. Regular updates via text and quick turnaround. Product arrived in excellent condition and in nice dust bag. My only criticism is the in avoidable delivery charge, there should be a free option for delivery to shop/collection point like most other stores do. I would definitely use again based on this purchase! Thank you :)

Terrible!! My parcel has been signed for and I have not received it?? When using webchat to try and find out where my parcel is they disconnect me. Extremely disappointed and would like a refund as still no sign of my parcel!

Extremely unhappy with the service received! Placed an order only to be notified days later 1 item was out of stock. Checked website & was still showing as available so I tried to order it again with success. The “out of stock” item is out for delivery & ive been charged 2 delivery charges. Poor stock control & im really disappointed at sending over £500 but yet have still had to pay 2 delivery fees!

I was soo disappointed. Ordered £840 shoes to collect from flannels. Shoe box was tatty and tissue paper inside a disgrace. No authenticity cards. Sales assistant was helpful and put fresh tissue! Moncler jacket also in a plastic delivery bag. And designer bag not a bit of tissue or protective packing in sight. Very disappointing. Ordered the shoes and jacket again from a different web site. Same price and both arrived beautifully boxed and packaged with ribbon and how to care for products cards. All items returned to cruise which I was charged for despite spending the best part of 3 grand. Poor poor service.

I ordered Vivienne Westwood boxer shorts as a gift but when the parcel arrived the box was very badly bashed/damaged and not able to be given as a gift which was really disappointing. I called your customer service department but the advisor was quite unhelpful. All she suggested I do was refer to your returns process in your website. I explained I’d already done that and noted that I would have to pay postage to return the goods which I found unfair given the parcel was damaged. When I explained this the advisor simply said I could take photographs of the package and send them to you but that it would take some time to consider/resolve. I have since just paid the postage and returned the goods for a refund but I’m really disappointed with the experience and I won’t be ordering from Cruise again in the future or recommending any of my friends and family do so either.

Item arrived in very well packaging including coat hanger, material is of good quality however I feel for what you are paying already delivery should be cheaper
