“Ordered a jacket which was my main purchase, then ordered a t-shirt too! Paid deliver charge only to find the jacket didn’t arrive, no reason given, just no charge. Therefore I paid £7 for a t-shirt to be delivered which I would never have ordered on it’s on for that deliver charge! I could get the same Tommy Hilfiger t-shirt in tkmax for £25 I paid £57”

“Horrendous service. Ordered a Stone Island sweatshirt last Sunday evening. Order was picked, packed and ‘ready to ship’ early Monday morning. Paid £6.99 for delivery between 3-5 working days. Order didn’t dispatch from Cruise until the following Friday, which was the 5th working day. Rang customer services who couldn’t explain the delay and why my order sat there for a week before being shipped. Customer services told me ‘it is what it is’ and it will ‘hopefully arrive sometime next week’. Not happy I’ve paid £6.99 for shipping and the terms of what I paid for were not met. Also not happy with the level of customer service from a high end retailer like Cruise. This experience will definitely put me off from using them again and also from recommending to family and friends.”

“First time shopper. Very impressed with speed of delivery and company feels very reliable. Only problem for shopper outside UK is sizing. UK 12 for me is a size 40 in Sweden, but here it is a size 38. Makes me unsure of what to order.”

“Ordered jimmy chop sliders for my best friends 30th, when I received them the box was bashed and had black marks all over it, the slides had a black scuff on them, this happened to me before when I bought my wedding Louboutin shoes from here the strap was in bits and the box had holes in it. You guys need to take better care of the items some people like to collect expensive shoes or sell them on and you don’t expect to receive them in that state.”

“Dress lovely but too big. I would have tried smaller size except for cost of postage. This puts you off ordering anything else at £6:75 to deliver, but only £3:55 to return! Why less? Other companies offer free delivery and returns. Without free returns not sure I would order again. The delivery charge I can accept as parking and petrol would cost the same.”

“Disappointed to have to pay£6.99 for delivery then another £5.00 to return the parcel then to be told you only get a refund of the item not either of the delivery charges so it’s cost me £12 just to have a look at a shirt, won’t be using your side again”

“Best quality designer clothing online. I sometimes go to Cruise store in Belfast Victoria Square. I travel from Ireland. But my Versace Polo T shirt was dirty l had to wash it apart from that everything was perfect.”

“Made an order for a Stone Island sweatshirt on Sunday. Confirmation email received straightaway, with a further email received early Monday morning stating that my parcel was picked and ready to ship. It’s now Friday and the parcel still hasn’t shipped. Paid £6.99 for delivery, due to be delivered in 3-5 working days. Called customer services on Thursday afternoon, they said the order had been picked and that it was waiting to be shipped but didn’t know what the delay was. They weren’t too worried and told me “it is what it is” and that I should receive my order sometime next week. Absolutely horrendous customer service. There are other companies online that offer next day delivery on the same brands and are reliable for delivery (and cheaper) and offer good customer service. Don’t think I would use Cruise again.”

“I was very happy with my Valentino clutch bag however it didn’t come in a Valentino gift box? Just a dust bag. Any bags I normally purchase come in a gift box. It’s good to store them in to keep them in good condition.”
