Did not receive my order had stopped using Cruise over very poor service and yet again nothing has improved.

Very happy with my product, arrived on estimated day and was delivered safely as I asked. I also liked how I had the option to choose where my parcel should be kept when I wasn’t in the house for the delivery. Overall very happy with my experience using cruise, I am sure to be shopping here again

The Vivienne Westwood blouse that I ordered had a different pattern. The one I ordered had red lips on the back, the one I received had a red love heart on the back. There is nothing in the description to say there would be s difference.

Excellent quality clothing and footwear sizes are accurate fast delivery service and kept informed throughout will definitely shop here again

Ordered an Armani tracksuit, the bottoms came without any Armani tags on and still had the shop alarm tag attached, the top did have tags but had a hole in , the top and bottoms where screwed up and put in to a clear plastic bag. Once again no Armani packaging, this was obviously a shop soiled item or a custom return, very disappointed to say the least

Overall great store I've never had any problems or complaints, I 100% recommended anyone who hasn't shopped here yet to go ahead and make a purchase, as all the clothing is always of the highest quality and fit perfectly, you will never be dissatisfied with any of their products, they also have a wide range of brands to go for, so if you're on a budget they have the clothes for you and if you want to spend big, again they have the clothes for you. The sales are also really good and you can pick something up for a great price. 100% will be shopping here again.

Feel the delivery is to expensive ordered earnings and was £5.99 to get. Unless it is something I really like I wouldn’t normally order. Every store has free in store pickup but you don’t offer this which is disappointing as you being a large store and higher prices than a lot of other places.

You shipped the wrong item - telephone Cs team helpful but I was unable to change collection date online. Emailed twice to re arrange collection - both emails ignored! Called to arrange collection but has not taken place as yet!

Great service pictures detailed exactly what arrived only one issue £6.99 really expensive for normal delivery should provide an option to collect in store

The item I purchased I can’t fault at all I’m very happy with it but the £6.99 delivery I was charged and the service I received delivery wise I was shocked at. I did write to complain and got a reply that didn’t really answer or help what iv asked. I replied again the same day and I’m still waiting for a reply. If nothings done about it I will not be using cruise again if that’s the way it treats customers. I enjoy buying designer brands and never have a problem paying the price for quality. I regularly use the store in Aberdeen and occasionally online for my clothes but there’s many other places I can get the same clothes. I’d prefer not to do this but I can’t get my head around the delivery service and the reply I received.

Shocking service. Paid for next day delivery which was confirmed by email. It did not arrive within the expected timeframe - after emailing customer service the staff member told me it was awaiting courier collection and that they would personally see it through and update me. I then received an email a whole week after ordering to say the item was out of stock. This was downright embarrassing as this was a gift for someone. Would be very surprised if I shop here again.
