T-shirt came 8 days after ordering, usually it should have taken 5 maximum however it took so long to process the order that it added on 3 days.

Can’t really review Cruise properly as DPD delivery company lost my order, which happened to be sale items so can’t be replaced and were my son’s birthday present!! Just waiting for my refund.

Great clothes and often at a discounted price. Not sure why they don’t have an option to deliver and collect in store (i.e. to Aberdeen shop)

Ordered 2 Emporio Armani tops. First long sleeved sweatshirt came wrinkled up like a used towel inside package. It and subsequent shirt which arrived separately in another package both returned as neither fitted, which isn't an issue, however what is an issue is firstly having to phone cruise online and ask where shirt is to follow long sleeved sweatshirt, speaking to a women I could hardly hear nor did she care, the most annoying thing is and I should have learned by now regarding using cruise-£6.99 postage to me, then £4.50 to return both items, making sure somebody signs at the other end for this order due to value. Somebody is making plenty off this? Theres £11.50 for nothing. I've ordered a Canali suit and two jackets in the past, which cost almost £27 to be returned securely due to the value being over £1000. I should have learned my lesson that time. I've been buying designer clothes for over 30 years now, if I can give any advise its DON'T use this company. Plenty others out there who charge a fraction of this for postage or its free to return premium designer items..

The actual item was perfect for my husband but I am so disappointed that Cruise charge very high delivery charge price for just standard delivery. My husband and I will not be buying from Cruise again for this reason alone My husband always buys from Cruise but not anymore! There should either be a discount for loyal customers or the item should be in stock in store so that he could purchase the item without having to pay these expensive delivery charges. I did email customer service to ask why they are so high. The reply I received was so dismissive and I was told we are not obliged to give reasoning for our delivery charge pricing. As the consumer I think you very much should be obliged to explain to the customer their query. I think under consumer rights Law if asked a question by the customer then it is only courtesy to give the explanation they require and are entitled to.

The products I received ordering online are poorly packaged. Basically just lifted from store and thrown in a bag and with the jumper being white it had marks over it. The price of delivery is outrageous too compared to other retailers when it takes over a week to arrive. The clothes are good and sizing other than just some lazy packaging, which it’s good for expensive designer clothes.

I bought Valentino shoe and Gucci bag. The package of shoe is very good with box. But the package of bag is not good.

Very good service. Delivery arrived very quickly. Was kept up-to-date. Only concern was the state of the shoe box which I received. Terrible condition which is frustrating after spending a high sum of money on an item.

I ordered next day delivery and it arrived about 5 days later. I’ve been promised a refund charge which I still haven’t seen, my follow up emails ignored and when it arrived the product still had security tags on! No accountability, no communication and as a result no trust in your site.
