Wrong item delivered, so far 2 days and 2 emails and still nothing resolved. Very poor.

The worst service second time ordering off the site and second time I haven’t got my item. I ordered a Vivienne Westwood polo for my Christmas dinner I received a 14 year old Ralph Lauren t shirt. I have phoned the customer team to get this sorted 3 times and nothing has been done with false claims about ringing me with details. The customer service has been atrocious.

I received a package on Saturday, inside was not the item I ordered and the wrong invoice. I emailed straight away and by Monday afternoon I had not heard anything so I rang. I spoke to someone who was going to contact the customer whose order I had received he said he’d contact me by Tuesday morning. By Tuesday afternoon I rang again as I had not heard anything and was told they would investigate this and I could not have my order until they had contacted the warehouse and customer who’s order I had. I was told I could not just return this item and get the top I ordered. On Wednesday I had an email to say they will now collect my package and once collected they will send out my order, could I give available times for collection which I did. It’s now Thursday and I have not heard anything about this package being collected. I have received no apology for Cruise mistake in mixing up the orders and there does not appear to be any urgency in getting the top I ordered out to me. Thank you

Felt I spent a lot of money on one item but because I only spent 400 instead of 500 I didn’t get 100 voucher thanks for nothing cruise

Jacket bought without original dust bag and hanger. Besides, a stain is on my jacket and nobody replied my email. Soooo terrible.

Good quality products, good service my only complaint would be the £6.99 minimum for p&p! There are thousands of company’s that offer it from free! Even £2 or £3.

Feeling disappointed spent over £500 on Black Friday sales was within the terms and conditions and still havint recived my voucher £100 was went to be emailed by 12 none 4 December didn’t happend such a rip off

Have ordered often over the last 5 years, my last order I had to return my items as they didn’t fit , I sent my parcel Monday and by Tuesday afternoon my refund including my original postage charge was sat in my pending box of my PayPal account. I had to pay for the return postage but as they have refunded me everything and it’s moved so quickly I would happily do it again. As always super happy with service.

Ordering was easy and my order arrived very quickly. Will use again. Only issue was the security tag was left on but I popped into the Cruise shop who removed it without ant fuss. Perhaps not so easy if you don't have a Cruise shop nearby.
