“Service was quick but unfortunately that the photo frame ordered when opened had scratch marks on on the chrome. I e/mailed the company with my complaint and awaiting a response. Margaret Reynolds GS16416 Item G8342 Silver Plated Satin Photo Frame 6x8”

we do our best to make sure items are checked prior to dispatch, however we have never had a issue with this item before and have sold a large number, so felt no need to check. Problem has been resolved with customer.

“Unfortunately the item I wanted was out of stock so given an option for an alternative or a refund. I had chose an alternative and the communication was good and polite, postage was prompt and items are lovely, would use again.”

“Ordering was easy, especially since I am in the United States and was ordering for a gift to be delivered in the U.K. My friend received her Willow Tree angels promptly, and loved them. Only issue? Since there was no place on the order form to indicate it was a gift, or to write a personal message to the receiver, she had no clue who they were from, and had to call the company to find out. So, thank you for a generally positive experience, and I suggest that you change your order form to provide space for a personal message to the receiver and to indicate it is a gift.”

when ordering from any of our websites, there is a add notes section that can be used for a number of reasons, weather you want a note adding for the recipient or delivery instructions for the post person.
