“CSJ installed replacement front and back composite doors for us. Their salesman was very competent, not pushy and gave us good advice on the technical aspects of the job. One thing we liked was that they use Solidor doors and build the finished product around this. On the day, the joiners were finished by early afternoon. The completed job was finished to a high standard and the men tidied everything up afterwards. We would highly recommend CSJ to anyone who is thinking of getting new doors.”

“Although overall rating was good there was a problem with communications between staff and installation team once it was sorted out it was fine. Cannot fault installation team once problems were sorted out they worked tirelessly to get the job done. Communication between staff needs to be looked at.”

“A good job done in adverse weather conditions! Second time CSJ have done work for me, polite, pleasant workers. Cleaned and tidied after themselves. Happy with the finish of their work. Had roofline and front door with the company.”

“Not very happy made an appointment for one of your people to come and measure my windows was supposed to be here 4pm on friday 19th of february took time to be at home for him coming he never appeared.”

“CSJ installed the downstairs windows in my house 5 years ago. The upstairs windows had been installed by CR Smith a few years before that but I did not get them changed. However, the upstairs windows were always wet with condensation while the downstairs windows were fine. When CSJ came to my door a few weeks ago, I took the opportunity to get a quote to replace the upstairs windows. As an existing customer, I qualified for a discount. The price quoted to me was very good and I signed up immediately. I was given a timescale for having them fitted but the company contacted me to say they could get them installed quicker. I was given an afternoon installation time and the installers arrived as promised. They were very polite and installed the windows with the minimum of disruption. They tidied up afterwards and showed me how the windows worked. I was very happy with the whole process. The salesman was very polite and not pushy. I would recommend CSJ without hesitation.”

“We were impressed by all stages of the process, from the initial doorstep call, through the salesman and surveyor, to the installation. Although not the cheapest, they provide high quality product and high quality service.”

“I've waited a few weeks before posting to see how our new composite front door fairs in all the recent storms. Our hallway now feels secure, weather proof and helped make our hallway, stairs and landing retain the heat. The fitters/joiners (team 5) were very efficient, tidy and courteous. Steven Burn (sales advisor) had good product information and offered a competitive quote. Overall we are very happy with our new front door and have recieved compliments about it too.”

“CSJ replaced our patio doors, January 2016. The team responsible, Brian, Russell and Stuart were courteous, pleasant and hard working. The standard of work and finish was excellent and the room was properly cleaned on completion of the job. I would certainly recommend CSJ, and this team in particular, to anyone looking for high quality workmanship.”

“The fitters came punctually on the agreed date and worked quickly and efficiently and got the job done in a day. They took care to minimise the mess from knocking out the old windows and tidied up after them. The new windows look good and up to now (10 months on) we have had no problems with them, in particular no issues with condensation. The fitters made sure any queries we had were answered and that we knew how to operate the windows and look after the wooden surrounds. All in all, we were pleased we had selected CSJ to do the job.”

“After careful research we decided to use the company to install several new windows in our house approx 1-2 years ago. The installation was carried out exactly to plan and the Windows have proved to be as expected. The service we received was excellent and the Windows have certainly come up to expectations. We were so delighted it's the company that when we were approach recently by them to identify if there was any further work we required we had no hesitation in having a new door and further Windows installed. Again we cannot fault the customer service, installation and products and will be recommending the company to our family and friends. Thanks.”

“From the moment CSJ carried out their inspection, gave us the estimate, carried out survey and fitted the window, everything was done professionally and the window has made a big difference to the appearance at the front of our house. In particular we like the finish on the window and the picture frame type surround.”
