“I found all the sales, technical, administration and installation people I had contact with during the before, during and after the installation of my new door, including side and top lights, friendly, polite and efficient. There were issues in regard to replacing damaged components but these were dealt with and ultimately expedited to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate in using CSJ again in the future or recommending to friends and family.....”

“used this company at beginning 2015 for my living room windows, was so impressed with quality and efficiency i got them back in december to complete rest of house. Especially like my new back door. Again the workmen were efficient and cleaned up before leaving.”

“my wife and I are absolutely delighted with the 7 x windows fitted on 24 nov. 2015 the work was completed in one day with no problems , the fitters were cheery and polite I have no hesitation in recommending your firm.”

“What I thought would be a stressful experience turned into a quick and easy process. We had 7 windows installed . I am very happy with the work carried out. Great quality finish and the joiners completed the work all in one day with very little mess left for me to clean up. Happy customer! The joiners were also very honest and pointed out 2 scratches on the windows which are going to be replaced very soon. The girls in the office are also polite and helpful if you have any questions.”

“Work men arrived at time expected , immediately introduced themselves. Explained to me exactly what they were going to do. Throughout the day placed sufficient dust sheets down to minimise any mess, and constantly cleaned up after themselves. Were cheery, polite and did a fantastic job. Would certainly recommend your company to anyone considering new windows & doors. Regards Deborah Carson”

“I found the overall experience very good, to be honest Craig was a little bit pushy and he did not ask what field of work I had been in (41 years in retail selling furniture and beds and still going back to work for peak i.e.january sales) as manager however he did win me over and he did have a nice way of telling me about all the advantages with your company and the finance package available and how quick the company could replace my back door I have e-mailed you already to make sure the account details are correct with the one I gave Craig but so far no reply, the fitting guys were excellent considering the weather conditions and as I say delighted! with the overall result and if you wish to use this as an unsolicited testimonial you are more than welcome. thanking you once again --MR. and MRS.D.V.Haigh”

“From the very outset I was impressed with the presentation from the representative from CSJ and later with the work done on the day of installation. Any question I had was answered in terms that I understood and accepted. The work done on the day of installation was carried out quickly and very efficiently. Dust sheets were placed over everything and the rooms were vacuumed before they left. There was no damage done and no need for any decoration and touch up work. I am delighted with the work done and with the professionalism of all involved. Thank you.”

“I received a phone call from the company before the work was started to say that workmen would arrive at my home to start the job between 8am and 10am. Thinking that this would cover any delay in starting the work I was most pleasantly surprised and gratified that 4 workmen arrived at 8.10am to commence the job. I found them to be most polite and easy to relate to and was most impressed by the conscienciousness with which they went about their work. I don't think they stopped for a lunch break but pressed on with the job, which turned out to be excellent work. Both my wife and I were extremely pleased with the finished article and would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone.”

“We would highly recommend using CSJ. Arranged for sales person to give us quote for new windows, he was very informative and we never felt under pressure at anytime. Windows fitted to a very high standard with minimal disruption and mess. All work carried out quickly and on dates arranged. We are delighted with the windows and they have made such a difference to keeping the heat in.”

“As last year when you replaced my windows this time it was my outside front door and adjoining window level of workmanship was very high. Very pleased overall with all work completed,friendly and professional work done to a high standard. Would certainly recommend to anyone requiring similar installation.”
