My skin is in pretty good condition with few breakouts here and there. After arriving, the formula made my skin peel off on second day. I gave it a break for 2 weeks and on the second try it acted the same way. Not sure how they could mess up a formula with 3 ingredients, but I won’t be re ordering it again.

I used curology for 6 months and for the first 2 months it seemed to be working pretty good on my acne. But recently my forehead has been breaking out like never before and I’m assuming it is from this product because nothing else has changed in my habits. I honestly do not recommend this product.

I really like the idea of Curology, but I’ll be honest it took me a looooong time to figure out how it ACTUALLY works. Everyone thinks it’s some magic cream that will suddenly fix your skin. Now, that might work in some cases. For people with imbalanced facial bacteria or those who have topical fungal infections of the skin the cream is probably the secret sauce for you. However, the reason Curology works is because it is supposed to make you take a hard look at yourself and realize what is truly causing your acne. My prescription was a nice mix that definitely assisted in the healing of my scars but what stopped my breakouts is my diet change and reducing the amount of treatments that I made my face suffer through. My acne was all closed comedomes which are the result of your skin improperly handling bacteria within the pores. It’s not something that some cream will magically make go away. I had an excess amount of androgens in my body so I needed to increase my vitamin A, B5, and Zinc. It almost seemed that the MOMENT I started taking those vitamins I stopped breaking out. The Curology cream is now able to really do its job and heal my scars. Eventually I will be able to stop using it but the lessons I learned while using Curology are the real value. If you are looking for a fix, go somewhere else. If you are looking for the real solution, Curology is for you. I see a lot of reviews where these girls are just using up all the cream in a week or two like it’s supposed to magically fix their skin. Nope, doesn’t work that way sorry. Healing takes time and information that is unique to you.

Even tho i dont have so many problems with skin, i decided to give a shot, got a trial, n I've been using it for around 2 weeks. Only before bedtime n yesterday my special mixture finished, i opened the bottle n saw that even bottle itself is pretty big, the amount of cream is like 1.8 part of the size of bottle Got so disappointed...didn't really see that much difference so can't say about actually does it work or no

I tried Curology after seeing the ads offering the free trial, and had such high expectations because of the raving reviews. However, I’m sad to say that not only did it fail to help my skin, it actually gave me new skin problems I’ve never had before in my life. Keep in mind that (1) I’ve never had particulary sensitive skin, and (2) I didn’t change anything in my skincare routine or lifestyle, other than starting to use the Curology cleanser, formula and moisturizer. Soon (the day after) after starting it, my skin dried out to the point where it would actually hurt and very visibly flake. I would have to moisturize heavily multiple times a day to minimize it, which I’ve never had to do before. Even after stopping all Curology products, I’m still having lingering issues that I can only attribute to Curology because it was the only variable that changed in terms of my skin. Needless to say, I was more than disappointed with this service. They market their products as being gentle, which I’ve found is NOT the case at all. I would recommend stating away and going with more established and trustworthy brands.

My skin was a lot better before the product. I read a lot about it before I bought the product and I saw more good than bad reviews so I decided to order it. For the next month my skin was breaking out more than it ever had before and it wasn’t stopping. They claimed they were “removing toxins” but it never stopped. I stopped close to the end of the free trial and started my old skin routine and my skin cleared up again. Delivery was on point and that was about it. It was also difficult to cancel my subscription.

I have struggled with acne pretty much my whole life. Have had numerous treatment to help. My daughter stumbled onto Curology and I thought it was worth a try. I am so pleased and have very few breakouts and my skin has never looked better. I think the $20 a month is fair and I sure Hope they’re around for years to come!

Ok, it might be too early to tell, but I swear I haven’t got a single new blemish in the two weeks I’ve been using this product. I can already see my old ones starting to heal up quicker than normal! Plus, the cleanser and moisturizer feel light on my skin and don’t have a residue. Doesn’t smell great though but that’s not a big deal. I love how the pump bottles for the formula and moisturizer give the perfect amount! Oh and very quick shipping.

I have had moderate to occasional acne throughout my twenties. I tried Curology out for 6 months to give it a shot. After the first month, my skin got worse, and I was advised that I was simply experiencing this "purging" stage. However, my skin continued to get progressively worse every month instead of better. I wish I had just gone back to a proper dermatologist - over the counter "prescriptions" just aren't going to cut it with someone with moderate to severe cystic acne like myself. My face has suffered severe acne scarring over the last few months that I'm not sure it would have had I just gone to a proper dermatologist in the first place. I grant that the cleanser and moisturizer are very easy on my sensitive skin, but potentially not very effective for my situation.

I really liked the cleanser (I used it after washing my face with benzoyl peroxide to get all my make up off) plus it was very gentle on my skin and didn't make my skin irritated. I also liked the actual medicated treatment, it too did not make my skin irritated. However, the moisturizer would make my face really really oily after about 2 hours and I have to continually clean my face to get the oil off all day. I know its the moisturizer because on a few occasions I didn't put any on and my face would not get oily.

I started using curology back in August. The first 3 weeks were rough as I broke out pretty bad (it was removing all toxins). Ever since then, my skin has been very clear to the point that I go out without make up pretty often. One thing to note is that curology is not for your back & chest, however my curology “specialist” recommended an inexpensive soap bar from amazon that works amazing. No more backne! For the price, ease of communication and daily routine, this gets 10 stars from me!

Too much work. We have an overflow of product. You can't return it. You're charged to ask questions, after your few that are free. My bank account keeps getting deducted. It may work for some, but we're too busy and it's too much work to keep up with. Not for us.

Curology is AWFUL. Regardless of their product. I have been attempting to cancel the subscription for months and have not been able to get through to them. You can't call because they have no phone number. You email, and they send an email back saying they've received it and will respond soon, but you never hear back. You try to cancel the subscription through the website? It re-routes you back to the home page and half the time their site doesn't even load. Curoloy is a nightmare you can't get rid of. Not worth the product. I'm not having to dispute the charges through my bank, and I may even have to cancel my credit card, just to get rid of this ridiculous fraud of a company.

I wish I had done more research on this product before trying it, because it was not a fit for me. My skin is very sensitive. My major issues were clogged poors, fine lines, oiliness and cystic pimples on my chin. My first and strongest formulation gave me massive cystic pimples and a huge rash around my eyes. I hated putting on the cream because it burned and made my face itch. I tried all of their precautions, tips, tricks and stipulations before requesting another formulation. My second formulation didn’t cause a rash but the massive cysts continued. Same tips and tricks. At this point my skin developed a bumpy texture and looked enflamed all the time. So itchy and burning. My third formulation was the last chance and it didn’t pass the test. Still so much burning, breakouts and inflammation. Currently my skin is wrecked. I still have lumps and bumps all around my mouth, all over my chin and my forehead feels like gravel. I’ve never used so many pimple patches. I’m blowing through packs of them to aid my huge pimples in healing. I’ve limited all skin care down to gentle face wash and moisturizer. I understand that there is a purging process, but for me, that process in combination with itching, burning and rashes was totally unmanageable. I hope my skin heals soon with gentle care but I’m going to need professional help to recover from this. Overall this was an expensive mistake. I miss my old skin. Ot wasn't perfect, but it was much better than this. Now I’m just embarrassed.

Hi Violet! So sorry to hear that Curology didn't work. I know that is so frustrating. While we work for many, Curology might not be the perfect fit for everybody. We sincerely hope you find something that does work for you!

I started curology about two months ago. I did breakout very bad when I first used it but after about two weeks my skin was less irritated and my pores were less inflamed and I didn’t breakout at all after my third and fourth week. It even helped my hormonal acne. I have not had a breakout since and I’m going into my third month. My skin hasn’t been this clear for this long in 6 years so I can say I’m very happy with this product.

My consultant never listened to me. I broke out badly and even developed cystic acne, which I never got prior to curology. She just told me to be patient because it was part of the "purging." I waited 3 months. I sent in pictures. She just didnt seem to care. I kept getting the same responses and she seemed to assume I was at fault because she also kept asking if I was using the products correctly. I followed the instructions to a T! Every single time I messaged her (which costs you points btw), she gave me a variation of "you might be using too much" (I wasnt the bottle lasted me longer than a month because I only used one pump per application), "your face was probably not thoroughly dried" (it was properly dried because I followed her instructions and waited 20 minutes after washing my face to apply), or "it may be hormonal and I can't prescribe you anything for that. You need to talk to your primary doctor." Anyway, I cancelled my subscription, picked up some salicylic acid and benzoyl peroxide products, and my skin is now 300% better. No thanks to curology.
