“On the 3rd of july I went to my nerest currys store because online infomation was that they had the steam iron instore that I wanted, when we arrived there there was none of the irons that we wanted in the store but the nerest on, up to about 220 miles away had on if we were willing to go that far, we had already driven 7 miles to this store, We aqreed to buy one and to pick it up the next day but it was not expected to be available until after 5pm, we decided to leave it to today ,the 5th of july to make sure that we did not waste our time going there if it was late. When I got there at around 2-45 pm they would not "release it to me" to me as my wife used her debit card and I did not have her card only mine. Although I was with her at they time and the Iron is bought and paid for they would not let me have my property, I was lucky enouth to have as my counter assistant a young lady called Vanessa ( trainor) and she had to go and find a supervisr who's name i did not get, who also would not "release it to me" and would not send it to me as it is mine either, I then left the store awiting them to send MY iron to me and unfortunely I left without the paperwork so now I have no Iron and no proffe that it is My iron, now what do i do???? Without having any having any choise I now have to go back to the store, another 15-16 mile round trip to get what is now mine as it is PAID for because they would not take the order in the first place without payment!”

“I bought a washing machine on 27/06/17 but my first choice, a Hotpoint (on show in the shop) was not available as there were 278 people awaiting delivery of this particular item. My next choice was another Hotpoint (no longer available) why have them on show? I eventually settled on a Logic to be delivered on Friday 30th. Delivered but delivery men could not fit as machine kept filling up. Called engineer who couldn't come til Tuesday 5th and fitted a new part to get it to work. Honestly a brand new machine and it was broken and I had to have it repaired before I used it. A new machine!!!!! Not a good advert for Logic or Currys. I don,t feel it is a new machine as I had to have it repaired before it could be used. Will think twice before I buy anything there again”

“Ordered a Washing Machine using their 'in stock locally' online system. Selected next day delivery and paid only to get a confirmation email changing delivery to 3 days later. No explanation, no apology and no contact from customer service after 3 emails from myself. Absolutely useless. I was a returning customer, but not anymore!”

“Ordered and paid for expensive cooker back in jan/feb. Was contacted days later to say that the manufacturers did not make it anymore. Had to fight to get my refund. Terrible customer services. Now same item is back on the website. "Live chat" however claim they cannot answer questions about items on the website. What is the point? Seems I have to order and pay for this again, just to see if it exists. Don't think so.”

“Fitters damaged bespoke kitchen, sliced open a hand and tested plug socket using my kettle. Then delivered a badly damaged Beco dishwasher. Still waiting for complaint to be addressed satisfactorily 3 months on!!!”
