“BOUGHT 55" HISENCE TV. USED IT FOR 2 MONTH.SCREEN DEVELOPED SOME LINES ON THE LCD. NO PHYSICAL DAMAGES. NOT BEEN TOUCHED. CONTACTED CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY PICKED IT UP. AND RETURN IN 1 WEEK, SAYING NOT REPAIRABLE. THE LETTER WAS ATTACHED INSIDE THE BOX. THEY DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CALL OR INFORM VIA EMAIL. JUST SENT IT BACK. WHAT????? RUBISH TV AND RUBISH SERVICE. WILL NEVER COME BACK TO YOU”

“Very poor service and communication from delivery driver 0 and re - scheduling time and date without notifying me it just not good at all😔 One week from my delivery no tex no pho call to tell me they can’t do it , as I took day off from my work it just waiting time waisted. Curry’s it will be my last order, better of going somewhere ells 100%will do”

“The worst customer service I've ever experienced, they cancelled my delivery on the morning it was due but never sent me a email or txt,when I called customer service the could not give me an answer and told me to go back to the store, At the store the manager was rude and told me he couldn't help and to call customer service, After three hours of frustration I finally got a answer to why and when my delivery was cancelled, All the staff in the Tottenham Court Road store were being sarcastic and not willing to help.Never going to order anything fro. Currys again.”

“I bought a ring bell and paid £50 for installation.I was told I would be contacted in regards to when it can be installed. After 15 days of no contact I tried to get in contact with Curry’s I phoned 3 different numbers , I was transferred 6 times , I was left waiting , , I was disconnected, I had all my documents and details of purchase, . The most unbelievable un professional works. I have always bought products from Curry’s never ever again.”

“I'm going through a nightmare with them bought a pump tumble dryer sharp got it delivered 30th Jan this year used it 4 times and it stopped working i asked for refund as only had it 2 weeks but was told no it had to be fixed they came out fixed it then 3 weeks later not working once again i said again i want my money back but no had to get it fixed again baring in mind each time had to wait 10 days for engineer when he came out 2nd time it was something different to first time it was the pump and circuit board by this time i was livid phoned currys said its not fit for purpose they agreed to take it back even got an email stating this i waited and waited for a date of pick up in mean time i bought a tumble dryer from ao.com now currys have turned round and said they are not allowing me to return it and again i have to get it fixed and wait 3 weeks for engineer to see what he says problem is then wait for parts I'm so angry and my complaints are just being ignored even citizens advice said I'm entitled to refund but there is only one number for currys and no offence but I'm sure its out of the country as i can't understand a word they say . So stressed 😫”

“They’re getting one star because it’s the minimum I can give but I’d never shop there again! After paying £200 for a Nintendo switch for my daughter as a Christmas present it started giving lots of problems in February. It literally couldn’t come if the charger or the battery would die straightaway. I Contacted currys for a replacement only to be told I have to get it repaired by Nintendo. I’m not happy because I have been down this manufacturer repair route before with other products and 3-6 months later I’m in the same boat again with another repair for the same product that was already repaired previously. The game console obviously came to me faulty but according to Currys it needs to have shown fault within 30 days in order to get a replacement. I’m angry because for a game console so expensive it should be able to be replaced for as long as 3 months.”

“Washing machine broke for the 3rd time ,engineer out straight away ,it was just the belt......it was out of stock for 3 week ,I rang back to complain that I'd had no washer for that time an I couldn't understand why it was still out of stock....just take one if one in warehouse.....lady told me I'd have a replacement in 5 days rang back after 7 just to be told belt out of stock 😤😤😤😤then demanded speak to their boss I was told I'd get a voucher which I did but no way was doing it in line went straight to Northwich store where a lovely lady called Denise sorted everything out for me an my washer was delivered next day by ace delivery team .......never again will I do it in line or over the phone .....I'm heading to Northwich store an see Denise ....keep hold of her Currys she a star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“I really didn't want to even give it 1 star been given the run around over my TV which is only just being 7 month's old was taken from home for a simple repair in which it got damage in there transit so they have admitted it's there error been told lie's upon lie's been told I will get a voucher to re_buy item but where's is my voucher !! “Getting the right hacker to help recover my funds was difficult owing to the fact that there are so many reviews here and I am sure some are scammers who claim they can be able to recover funds when their aim is to steal money. “I got my credit issues resolved through XAPCREDITSOLUTION@GMAIL.COM he is the only legit dark web hacker that lives up to the hype. I wanted to know why all 3 of the credit agencies had my credit as a big ZERO. It started with one, then another but now it’s all 3. Credit Karma is now saying I have no credit history whatsoever. Anyone ever had an issue like this? Wondering if I ticked off the wrong hacker because my entire credit history is wiped. I needed to get this fixed as I was locked out of all credit facilities; I read an article here about a deep web hacker XAP. I contacted him and it was like magic, dude raised my credit score to 790 and created an excellent credit history on my report. I can’t thank him enough and I will keep telling everyone who cares to get their credit report fixed to contact XAP Credit and thank me later.”

“Disgustingly poor experience. Ordered a washing machine in advance of my newborn arriving and told 10-21 days for delivery. Called them after 21 days and they can't find the order despite having an order number and email confirmation. Escalated, complained and 5 calls later no response or call back. They even suggested on one call to cancel the order and reorder at the current higher price!? I've checked and it's in stock ready for delivery this week but at £150 more than when I ordered it. We have a 2 week old baby with no washing machine!? They can't honour the original deals so are cancelling orders left right and centre. Just check @currys on twitter - tonnes of complaints. They are taking orders at lower prices and then cancelling them. This is fraud. I order things from Currys on behalf of clients and we have spent £1000s with them. All orders have been cancelled and we're taking business elsewhere.”

“They do not even deserve one star. My laptop was sent off for a simple fault only for it to return not repaired and scuffed like it had been thrown on the floor. It was then sent off again to be fully repaired and to be sent to my university. The adress change was confirmed on three speperate ocassions for it still to be sent to the wrong place and supposedly there was nothing they could do about it.”
