“I had a kenwood integrated fridge freezer delivered and fitted by team know how on Monday 21 /10/19 order ref no 7430005093 and I would like say how pleased I was with the man who fitted it ,he did an excellent job and a very courteous polite man thank you Mr Brian Goodhand 10 out of 10 thank you”

“I attended the Curry’s PC World in Speke Retail park to buy my son a laptop. I’m helpless when it comes to technology and a young girl named Mya helped me a lot. She talked me through all the laptops and told me how they work and their features. She also set up my laptop and showed me all the benefits of the warrantee in store. Amazing, I highly recommend this store in Speke.”

“I bought my integrated washer dryer online through Currys. The website was very easy to use and clear. Ordering was simple. They offered installation including removing of decor panels etc which no one else seemed to do. They couldn't have been more efficient and helpful. The machine was delivered on time without fuss about being installed. I had an issue with the decor panel door which they addressed, agreeing to come back and sort it out without any extra charge. When dealing with rearranging a second visit over the phone they were very helpful. Overall I found them incredibly impressive and would definitely use them again.”

“Know nothing !! Leaking dishwasher , repair guy changes door seal & has to order a lower spray arm to be posted out . He says don’t be surprised if it doesn’t arrive , give them a ring if not . So 14 days later ring to say not delivered , “ oh it’s not been ordered , will be with you in 2 days . 14 days later ring again cocky guy on phone says oh no you must have got it wrong a postal delivery takes 28 days !!!! Should be with you on 4th if October . No I didn’t get it wrong , pay for a warranty & now 6 wks with a dishwasher I can’t use . You got it wrong team knowhow , no more curry’s for me !!!!!”

“The customer service at CROYDON Currys PC World is very limited, I waited with my daughter for about an hour until someone helped her to choose her laptop for Uni, the guy was amazing, polite, knowledgeable professional and the most important patient. “Travelled to Curry’s Torquay to get advice on my faulty HP Printer I have been a curry’s customer for many years and the Curry’s assistant who served me was a credit to your company it was nice to see a young curry’s employee with a smile on her face and very patient with me with my medical condition of anxiety. She sorted out my service printer problem to my complete satisfaction the young lady’s nam was... ASIA please give her sight of this review thank you Mr and Mrs W.Wood of Teignmouth”

“We recently purchased a Neff oven from Currys, Bedford. We have been very impressed with the experience, from purchase to delivery. We were served by a lovely assistant, Gemma, who was friendly, very helpful and well informed. We changed our original delivery date, requesting a week earlier than planned, which was no problem. The driver rang us an hour before his arrival time and he and his colleague were extremely helpful and courteous. Thanks to all concerned.”

“Just want to compliment your know how installer today he was fast and efficient in installing my new oven . “Visited Curry's Bracknell to buy a cordless vacuum. So glad that we did. Our Assistant 13 Chintha was a pleasure to deal with. Very helpful with all information, knowledgeable too. Yes she helped us make the correct decision as we are very happy with our choice. Very good layout of store, easy parking and happy atmosphere. Thanks very much.”

“Brought a Hoover washing machine from currys in Wolverhampton , the man served us quickly and I cannot fault the service he had given. Upon delivery I was worried the drivers would not bring upstairs, but this wasnt the case I got my goods quickly with a smile and wasnt an issue with bringing upstairs..I'm 7 months pregnant and this service was not at all stressful. Thank you.”

“I came into your Swindon store for a TV but really didn’t understand all the technical side of things. Antony (93) was great, he answered all my questions with patience. I left the store saying I’d return....there was no hard sale (which really puts me off) and I was glad to be able to think about it without pressure. The following day I returned and on Antony’s advice from the previous day I bought a TV - not the original one I’d chosen but a much more expensive TV due to his great advice. I asked for Antony to serve me again as he did such a sterling job. It’s a week on and the whole family are so happy with our new TV. So Curry’s if you do read this, please make sure you congratulate Antony as he’s a credit to your team and I will look out for him next time I’m in.”

“Call in to curry last week at Phipps hill SS14 3AF to buy a fridge freezer I was served by Jackie ass 23 she was so helpful on that day so I went back the following day to buy a Haier fridge freezer It was delivered within 3 days even the drivers where very good Plus received a text to say it’s on it way. If it wasn’t for Jackie I think I may have go else where please can you thank her Mrs s oneill”

“I was very impressed by the customer service when my son recently bought me a tumble dryer the day after I’d ordered the same one myself after mine broke down. I was going into hospital for an op so wanted to order before I went in not knowing my son had planned to get me one as a surprise. Curry’s quickly & efficiently cancelled my order and refunded me within days!”

“Our house phones developed faults. They were covered by a service agreement, but couldn’t find the paperwork. Rang customer service. Took my postcode and house number.... all sorted. Told just to go into store and given a reference number. So off we went to Curry’s st Darlington. Got the phones exchanged, no issues, very easy straightforward transaction. Staff were extremely helpful. Explained that the new phones were still covered by the service plan. Very impressed. We have purchased a lot of different items from this store, over the years. Never had a bad experience.?”

“Went in to Crown Point Store in Leeds yesterday morning to look at dishwashers. Was very pleased with the service I received from Veronica who went through different models and showed me additional machines available online. Quickly arrived at a decision with Veronica's help. She was most helpful, courteous and very efficient. No long drawn out session on the till. All straightforward. Was in and out of the store. Very happy and wish more would visit store rather than do online. Have done both and visiting store and seeing product in the flesh is so much better and has made me feel more confident. On line, never know what you are buying”
