“Three weeks after buying a kenwood fridge freezer i am still chasing missing parts i have been asked to order parts and its been a nightmare 9 phone calls 4 store visits and a day off work waiting for an engineer with more missing parts nobody at Know How owns the problem they just dont care when they have your cash .”

“Online order... should be simple... took them two weeks to order a cooker from the factory... I have had to make over 13 separate calls to sort it out, delivered... nearly 3 weeks later in a package that I woldnt even send bubble wrap in... 2 grands worth of cooker... wise up please. The delivery guys was were very good though, as were two of the customer service team I spoke to the rest were poor and unhelpful.”

“The company that was supposed to deliver the microwave from Currys didn't. They said no one was home and they had put a card through the door. We stayed home all day and there was no card. I cancelled the order as I was not about to wait in for another no deliver. The customer service people at Currys were brilliant. They were genuinely apologetic. Ok things went wrong, but Currys took me seriously and have sent a lovely email saying they are sorry. That is worth 5 stars in my book.”

“I visited the Solihull branch on 20/5 and the staff member I saw was unhelpful, lacking in knowledge about the product (American Fridge Freezer) and was actually rather rude asking me if I worked on a farm because I was wearing wellies?!?!?”

“my wife and I recently purchased 2 new mobile phones from currys at white city retail park in old Trafford Manchester and even though they were very busy the young assistant went all out to make us both happy we felt like we were taking a bit too long to choose a phone but the assistant said no problem and we didn't feel like we were being rushed at all .and a few weeks later we went back to the store just to look around and the same lad came up to us and asked how we liked our phones and if he could help us again ..so all in all very impressed”

“Bought cooker, hob, fridge, freezer and washing machine in one visit and all products were great value and delivered when agreed. We made a mistake on the size of the washing machine and had to return it, which was all dealt with easily and no issues. Because we bought from a local store, they happily collected it and delivered a new one, at no extra cost. Brilliant.”

“We went into the store to buy a built in oven. They forgot to give us a receipt, therefore, we had to go back in store to collect it. Once collected, we scheduled the oven delivery and installation date. On the day, they came to install it, but had NO OVEN DELIVERED!!! The installation guys told us that the store somehow had managed to cancel the order and forgot to re-log it! What a mess! We have never experienced such a bag service and co-ordination.”

“Didn't realise cooker we bought had to be hardwired, so booked installation with yourselves. Turned up & said they couldn't do it as wrong socket. If you offer installation, you should honour it, will never use again or recommend.”
