“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! If you’re lookin for great jewelry look no further. And as if that wasn’t enough, personalize that great jewelry with something special to you.. I recently purchased an engagement ring from Custom Made and I am thrilled. This ring is PERFECT! I worked with the Custom Made team for some time to get the absolute perfect ring for my fiancé. We met at Mt Bachelor and it has a special place in our hearts. Custom Made delivered a beautiful ring that will last forever with a silhouette of Mt Bachelor, the place where we started. During the process we communicated, quickly on their end and sometimes not so quickly on my end, for weeks to get exactly what I was looking for. Then during the fabrication I was kept up to speed with lots of detailed info about the process and our timeline. After the piece was crafted I was told there was a small crack in the band. The Custom Made team worked quickly to fix it and ensure a quality product. I will be reaching out to them for a matching wedding band for my self and any future jewelry needs.”

“The whole experience was great from beginning to end. Everyone who got in contact with me (Tricia, Chun, Karen, and Pauline) was super helpful and very professional. I appreciated the thorough explanations every step of the way, and I especially appreciated the explanations when I had options and choices to make. Everything from the design input, to staying within my budget, all worked out wonderfully. Thank you all for making this experience of getting a ring for my fiancee a pleasant one!”

“I really appreciated their hard work on my design. What surprised me is the way they were able to capture my idea and turn it into reality. Moreover, the shifting of the project to different individuals allowed them to give actual focus to my design instead of just trying to get it done. The only thing I wish would've been different is the metal color options as some such as black metals are hard to utilize in a project.”

“Working with CustomMade was really wonderful! I wanted a wedding band that would match with my engagement ring, but I had trouble finding what I wanted elsewhere. So, when I found CustomMade, I was really excited. They asked me questions to help create a design that reflected my relationship with my spouse, and it felt like they really cared about what I wanted and they wanted to be sure I loved everything about my wedding band! It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend them if you want something tailored to you exactly.”

“Making our ring with CustomMade was a terrific idea. With Pinterest, my girlfriend got the idea of a design she would want one day for her ring, and I could not find anything similar in stores. As soon as I saw CustomMade and how they worked with previous designs I knew I had to give it a shot with the initial steps and that ended up leading us to the final product, which was gorgeous.”

“At this point, my review is not going to be good and my full opinion will be verified after the ring I purchased is fixed. After having received the ring, I was initially very happy. However, the diamond (without having been worn) was loose as well as the setting being crooked rather than perpendicular to the engagement band. So, my overall review will depend on how this is fixed, whether it is truly quality, as well as customer service experience through it.”

“I loved CustomMade!! This was honestly so fun for me to be able to see my ring set come to life! I loved the whole process, and everyone I talked with answered all of my questions patiently and completely. I also learned a bunch about ring making and what things are called which is awesome— my sister is getting engaged soon and I’ve been able to help her narrow down things and figure out what features she likes the best because now I know what they’re called haha— and I told her to start a project with CustomMade asap :) The sketches and renderings were beautiful, and the adjustments I asked them to make were perfect and I ended up with something even more beautiful than I had ever imagined!! And I’m glad I can be sure that it’s all great quality and it’ll last. Love love love my rings 🥰😭🤩”

“The service that I received was nothing short of exemplary from the initial design ideas of the rings to the final product I am very happy with the whole journey. The rings that I received are absolutely fantastic, exactly what I wanted. The customer service that I received throughout the journey from the initial design ideas that were communicated via email from the various members of custom made staff was top notch, I could not fault any of them. I would and have recommended custom made to my friends should they need the services that they provide.”

“They were extremely timely in the short time frame I gave them. The ring was beyond my expectations when we finalized the design. My initial designer was reading my mind along the process and paid close attention to all the details I listed. I paid less than I expected and will definitely go through them in the future for more custom pieces to celebrate me and my new brides anniversaries to come.”
