“CustomMade is an absolutely unique experience when it comes to buying a ring. I designed my wife’s engagement ring over the span of three months with designers at CM and developed the perfect ring for her with different intricacies unique to our relationship. Not only does CM help you design a one of a kind ring, I think the coolest feature is they let you add hidden symbols within the band. Consultants at CM help you determine the right kind of metal, help pick out a center stone, and literally anything you want in a ring is within the realm is possibility. I believe their pricing to be fair and honest. Their service is quick and professional. And after designing both an engagement ring and a wedding band with them one after the other, they had the final products delivered to my front door in under than two weeks of finalizing the designing. Keep in mind, that includes forging, finishing, and shipping the ring. My wife absolutely adores her rings, and due to their uniqueness, it has been the topic of many conversations. She was floored by the intricacies and symbols I designed into the ring with the designers at CM. Men! I highly recommend you using CM to design a ring for your SO! She will absolutely love it, and be so touched by the fact you played such an integral role in its design. The consultants at CM make it easy for you; all you need to do is precisely communicate what you want in every aspect of the ring.”

I could not be more pleased with it. He loves it as well. “DISCLAIMER*** I have experience working with soft metals and jewelry, and have previously learned knowledge of the ring making process. The whole process was easy and fantastic. CM made sure that I understood what the expectations were for the ring and what the timeline would be. The people on the other end were super friendly and helpful and guided me throughout the process. They were quick to respond and always took my thoughts and wants into consideration. The ring came out perfect and was well within my budget. I would absolutely recommend CM to anyone wanting a ring or any other piece of jewelry.”

“I am thrilled with my ring. I wanted a ring to remember my parents who both passed away. The ring has my birthstone in the middle with my father and mother's birthstone on either side with an angel wing. It is perfect!! The process was very easy and the designers were awesome and very helpful. Quality is excellent!!”

“It’s difficult to put your trust on such a big investment or project with an online retailer. It’s not the easiest thing to wrap your head around but I can say that custommade from start to finish made this experience easy and trustworthy. From the initial start of speaking with team members on what kind of ring you want created, then explaining the process and constantly keeping you updated to ensure that the perfect ring you design comes out the way you pictured it. No matter how many times you may have changed the design, or changed a small part of the ring, the team would always listen and fix any imperfections to see that the ring was to your liking. After finally receiving the ring, we couldn’t have been more pleased and delighted with the final product. It was so elegant and the craftmanship was higher than we expected. The 3D rendering didn’t do the ring justice. We have nothing but positive things to say about the website, the consultants, the end product. This is a company that you can put your trust into designing the perfect ring for that special someone.”

“I have had CustomMade make my original engagement ring and my fiancée was absolutely in love with it and unfortunately on a trip she lost it in the ocean and was absolutely devastated and after messaging my original team they were all willing to help out with the remake I wouldn’t want anyone to work on the engagement ring. “When my fiancé’s friends see the ring they say they love it but when she tells them I helped design it their jaws drop and I can’t count the amount of “awwws” or how many “stop that’s the cutest thing ever!” We have gotten. Personally the experience of working with a designer to craft the perfect ring, watching it come to life through 3D rendering and finally being sent stunning images of your fully realized ring has been the coolest experience I have ever had! I was nervous at first, buying this important of a ring online. But CustomMade’s staff worked tirelessly with us to create a piece that we weren’t just satisfied with but loved!”
