“Overall I was verry happy with the experience. The people helped and guided me through the process. Were inquisative where needed. And were more than willing to make adjustments to the design. I had lots of choices and got to make informed descisions all the way through, and I got regular updates where things were, and where we we were going. The cost production was on the higher end IMO. And some little detailed work that needed to be done by hand was not possible. Overall, verry happy with the result/experience/delivery time.”

“The idea to order a custom piece came from a sudden death in the family. My husband knew that I wanted to give something unique and something tangable to our our neice that would honor her fiance's memory. The custom necklace that we ordered came in and was absolutely beautiful. The entire process from the initial contact with Custom Made, the 'idea' phase, through the creating and proofing and finally receiving the piece was handled very professionally. Communication was great as well as guidance on what materials to use etc. The help was so appreciated. When the package arrived, I could see the delivery person carrying a large box? I wondered why it was so big. We were so impressed with the quality of the packaging and the 'box' the jewerly came in. Very classy! We would definately recomment your company to others. I am anxious soon hand deliver this.”

“This was by far the best experience I could have ask for in buying an engagement ring. The entire process from start to finish was very straightforward, and the team I worked with took all the stress off of me and made getting a ring fun. They were always available to answer any questions I had, they listened to me while still providing guidance, and they helped design a gorgeous ring that my fiancée absolutely loves. She has not stopped getting compliments from everyone about how unique and beautiful the ring is. When she tells people that I got it custom made for her, everyone is blown away. I will be telling everyone I meet who is even thinking about ring shopping to go with Custom Made.”

Tricia and Michael (personal jewelry consultants) were exceptionally helpful in finding the right design and gems (and patient as I went back and forth); Kathelene's (artist) beautiful designs really brought my vision for the ring to life and Lei (design lead) helped pull it all together. “The service provided from the start was excellent. The design phase was excellent and I found that the design team provided me with excellent options. Once my design was complete I was very impressed with the attention to detail regarding the selection of the stone. The gemologist was very critical when selecting the perfect stone for us and so much so that they reviewed 19 stones before finally selecting the stone I found the team to be very responsive with my questions throughout the entire timeline. The final product was brilliant and perfect in every way! I will use this company again in the future.”

“The individuals at CustomMade made the process of designing and ultimately getting the engagement ring for my girlfriend super simple and easy. My project had some hangups with stone issues (not CustomMade's fault), but CustomMade made sure to communicate those issues with me and provide recommendations that helped create a truly gorgeous ring.
