“The whole experience was very professionally handled. They made sure I got all the exact details I wanted in the piece. I had never ordered anything so expensive or personal online before, so I felt a little unsure about it at first. My concerns were quickly eliminated with the excellent level of communication with the team. The final product is beautiful, exactly as I wanted. I would not hesitate to order from Custom Made again.”

“I can not recommend this company enough. The whole process was smooth and the communication throughout the process was impeccable. It was a pleasure working with Perris designing my dream bridal set. It came out beyond gorgeous and better than we expected. We will be back to order his wedding band when the time comes.”

“The process from beginning to end was easy and I appreciate the quick turn around on receiving my jewelry. They took my sketches and designed a pair of earrings and a bracelet. I love them! Thank you! The box my jewelry arrived in was pretty as well. I would have preferred to communicate with a live person sometimes vs 100% electronically because I like making the connection with people. That's just my preference and does not limit the 5 stars I gave Custom Made. I had to send the bracelet back to get resized, and that process was fast and easy. I think overall this is a great company to use for your jewelry designs and I would use them again. I'm thinking about a necklace/pendant now. Thank you, Tracy”

“I was looking for a very specific design for my engagement ring and couldn't find exactly what I wanted and then I came across CustomMade. They made exactly what I had in my head become a reality. They worked with me and and made any changes I asked for, gave me good options and advice about diamonds, and worked within my budget for the overall price. Overall, fantastic experience.”

“I started my journey a couple months before I knew I was going to ask my(now fiance, she said yes) girlfriend to marry me. I told them what I liked and what she liked and they gave me some very beautiful options. From that point on we honed it down to a beautifuly unique piece, that you won’t find any where else. “From start to finish the process has been amazing with the team, every member of the custom made team I came into contact with was knowledgeable, helpful and really friendly! I cannot thank them all enough. They have designed the ring exactly to the way I wanted and I couldn't be happier with the result. “The whole process was super simple. I needed some help designing my ring, and the employee assigned to me (Ryn) was extremely helpful. I gave her a pinterest board with some things that my girlfriend liked, and then she helped me design the perfect ring. The whole time, communication was quick, the pricing was very reasonable and transparent (ended up being cheaper than if I got the same ring from a standard jeweler), and I always felt in control of the project.
