“I'm so glad I found this company. They were really able to make an idea I had about a piece of jewelry come to life. That's not something many companies can offer. I'll add, the entire process from start to finish blew me away with how professionally well I was treated. Multiple people went into making this and each one of them was very pleasant to talk to. Can't say more about the quality of the finished piece either. It's better than what I imagined and the quality is pristine. 11/10 have already recommended to a friend and I'm VERY happy. May be back here when it comes to the getting married thing.”

“Absolutely wonderful, start to finish! From the beginning, they were extremely responsive and explained the entire process with a timeline. Every step of the way I was met with excellent service that answered all of my questions and helped to build my ring EXACTLY how I wanted it. There was never pressure to upsell me or do something I didn’t want. The end result was a perfect match and I couldn’t be happier! I will absolutely be returning for future anniversary presents.”

“CustomMade designed my engagement ring and our wedding bands, and we are thrilled with the results and could not ask for a better experience. I wanted a Montana sapphire with a euro shank, and my fiancé found CustomMade who was able to make it a reality. The process was incredibly transparent with detailed information at every step. The representatives were attentive and always willing to make or take suggestions to improve the result. They were responsive to my questions and generally just very pleasant to work with. “CustomMade was amazing! I was very skeptical at first because everything is online.. Once the process unfolded and the designers explained everything and answered literally every question question I had, I quickly forgot about all of the nervousness I had! Everyone that I came in contact with was so nice and polite and were always willing to change my design however I liked it! There was never a decision made in my design that I didn’t okay and that was huge for me! The ring shipped the same day that my deposit was received and then I received the ring in the mail 3 days later! I was so excited to finally see the ring and it was everything that I hoped it would be! Everything about the ring is quality! I would recommend CustomMade to any and everyone I can who is looking for a custom ring! A+ service and quality!”

“Anybody I came into contact with at CustomMade was pleasant and helpful. The design team came up with such beautiful designs that I couldn’t have even imagined alone. They kept in contact frequently throughout the entire process also and made sure to keep me in the know. I had a brief period where I didn’t have the money to continue to a step in the process and they never rushed me or made me feel badly about it. The finished product is better than I ever could’ve pictured and I cannot wait to give it to my beautiful girlfriend. I know she’s going to love it because they fit in so many customizations personal to our relationship!! I’m definitely going to recommend them to any and everyone who mentions a proposal to me!”
