“They did great work and are very trust worthy, I requested my ring be made back in 2021 and decided I wasn't ready just yet to ask and they kept the ring on hold for 2 years for me unitll I was ready! Now it's 2023 and she said yes!!!!”

“Working with CustomMade was the best decision, aside from proposing to my beautiful fiancé, that I have ever made. The entire process was incredible. They do everything in their power to accommodate your needs and assist you in designing the perfect engagement ring. My fiancé and I have gotten non-stop compliments on the ring, and almost everyone has been amazed at how “It is SO her”. They are constantly communicating throughout every step of the process, and work diligently to ensure that they are meeting YOUR timeline and expectations. “The experience I had with custom made was nothing less than phenomenal. The customer service and communication was always very clear and timely. I spoke with several custom made reps along the way of the project and they all deserve full marks for creating an excellent experience with the project and the service that went with it.”

“Custom made really made this an easy process for me and was willing to help me out by putting my order on hold while I collected the money for engagement ring I created. I originally only went on their website to get an inquiry about how much it would cost. After the initial drawings came out, they captured exactly what I was trying to create and began the process for me. They were really patient with me adding and subtracting details for the first few sketches. I really love the ring they sent me! 10 out of 10 review!!! I really have to say Thank you to all of the team members involved in producing this ring!!”

“Custom made , a company that goes above and beyond their name when fulfilling customer desires. The Absolute , when it came to customer to product communication. Always reliable when it comes to customers choice in design and preparation. In my case I was creating a Heirloom.So I need details fitted into the ring I was designing and this took us around 1 month in just the design itself (As I kept changing a lot of things which I did apologise for again and again , sorry guys ) and another month making sure they keep me updated with each step and each process my personal ring was looking like and how it would possibly turn out . The amount of labour effort and time truly resulted in Magnificent work by each individual who had a hand on the project, because with out them I wouldn’t be able to wear such a honourable ring . I already have plans to get more created through CustomMade and I strongly encourage anyone else who wants custom tailored rings to your absolute preference please reach out to the team here at CustomMade as they will deliver you a personal one to one customer to product experience as if you were there yourself making it !”

“While I am overall satisfied with the ring, I had quite a few hiccups along the way to include the final product. Trying to get one of the designs was very painful and when I got the ring in the mail, a piece of the bottom of the moon was shaved off. This was not mentioned in the initial consultation or design. Design occasionally felt rushed as I tried to get the right designs on the side of the ring and felt I generally wasn't getting any help from the "specialists" I was working with. When I would message and ask something they would throw back more and more stuff that just looked rushed and gave very little help. It felt like they threw the jpeg or picture into the machine and if it turned out terrible, they just gave it back to me with the bad image saying they loved the design. This continued even after I had paid and went onto CAD portion. I intend to keep the ring and am happy with it but felt it could have been better. While I am likely to recommend to a friend who wants theirs completely custom, I will caveat to them the importance that they need to get it right and shouldn't rely on any help from the people they are working with.”
